From the entrance there is on the left a large living and dining room with a spacious open kitchen and large table with ample seating. The kitchen is fully equipped. 1 Bedroom is accessible from the living room area.
On the other side of the hall are 3 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower. The other bedrooms have a large bathroom with bath and toilet. There is also an extra toilet in this right wing of the house.
On the -1 floor there are 2 bedrooms. This floor is ideal for a family! There is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a spacious second bedroom. On this floor is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
All the bedrooms in Villa Oriel have comfortable beds and there is airco all over.
Outside the pool, there are 7 sun loungers and also 2 canopy beds for relaxation. The outdoor kitchen is perfectly integrated into the pool terrace. Additionally, there is a dart game near the outdoor kitchen.

There are local shops and bakeries approximately 5 minutes’ drive from the villa. Large supermarkets at 20 minutes. The beaches of the Côte d’Azur are easily accessible by car, the closest being Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. Saint-Tropez is approximately 50 minutes drive. In the vicinity is the Lac de Saint-Cassien and the breathtaking Lac de Saint-Croix in the Gorges de Verdon, where you can swim, pedal boats, fish for trout, and raft!
