At the rear of the house there is a covered terrace with lovely seating areas, from where you have a beautiful view over the vineyards in the area.
The covered terrace is accessible through the patio doors from the living room and kitchen. Under the covered terrace is a spacious dining table with chairs and a large gas barbecue. In the charmingly landscaped garden there are several seating areas to enjoy a glass of local rosé and delicacies from the pleasant Tuesday morning market in Cotignac.
The house is surrounded by olive trees, which provide plenty of shade in the hot summer, and there are many fragrant colorful flowers and plants. The property is fully fenced and offers ample parking for 3 cars. In short, an ideal place for a wonderful holiday in Provence.
Maison Enchantée is a typical Provencal villa about 3 km from the lively village of Cotignac. The house has just been completely newly furnished and cared for down to the last detail. From the bright living room with a spacious dining table, TV and sitting area, you enter the covered terrace through the patio doors. The kitchen, which is located next to the living room, is fully equipped.
This holiday home has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has air conditioning. All three bedrooms are equipped with quality beds to guarantee a good night’s sleep. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor. This room is adjacent to a corridor accessible from the hall and has a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower/bath combination. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a cozy reading corner on that floor, where you can sit quietly or work at a small desk.

Maison Enchantée is located in the French countryside between vineyards and olive groves. The beautiful Provencal village of Cotignac is about 3 km from the villa. In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. Cities such as Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Aix-en-Provence can be reached within an hour/an hour and a half by car. The beaches of Ste. Maxime, Fréjus and St. Tropez are a 40 to 55 minute drive from the house. In short: a great base for a fantastic holiday.
