With 2 floors, 6 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, this villa offers ample space and comfort. The property ensures complete privacy and is ideal for families with children.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, olive trees, fig trees, and more. Playful steps traverse the garden, allowing children to play in the wooded area below that belongs to the property.

Nouvelle Maison is nestled on a tranquil, wooded private property of 5000m2 and features a delightful heated private pool.
From the enclosed upper terrace, a staircase leads down to the 10×4.5m pool. The pool is secured with an Aqua alarm system. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully tiled sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a poolhouse with an outdoor kitchen, bar, and lounge seating. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, BBQ with infrared and plancha. From the partially covered upper terrace, there is a staircase to the pool, which can be easily closed off, allowing you to relax on the terrace with small children (for pool safety). This covered terrace is adjacent to the living room and two bedrooms.
The garden is meticulously landscaped with palm trees, olive trees, fig trees, etc. Playful steps traverse the garden, providing a play area for children in the forested area below that belongs to the property. Additionally, there is a tennis table and trampoline.
**INTERIOR**
The property has 2 levels with a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families with children.
Layout: spacious entrance/hall, guest toilet, tastefully furnished living room with a fireplace, TV (international and Dutch channels), Wi-Fi internet. Through the French doors in the living room, you access the spacious and cool veranda with views of the pool and wooded hills. The modern kitchen includes a 5-burner Lacanche stove with a grill plate, plancha, and two ovens (one electric and one gas oven), microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine with milk frother, coffee filter, wine cooler, etc. The utility room houses a washing machine and a second refrigerator. The property is equipped with underfloor heating.
On the same level, the holiday home has four spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1, 2, and 3 each have a double bed, and bedroom 4 has two single beds, all with new high-quality mattresses. There is one crib and two high chairs.
There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, double sink, and toilet. Two bedrooms have French doors leading to the large outdoor terrace. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Two bedrooms also have their own sink.
From the hall, there is a staircase leading downstairs, where you find 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and an adjoining room with two single beds. One of the rooms has French doors to the lowest covered terrace and pool, along with a spacious adjoining bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet (also with French doors to the terrace).

Holiday home Nouvelle Maison is located just outside Lorgues on the Route de Lorgues. The property is easily accessible, with Taradeau only 3 km away, offering a typical French village experience. Lorgues, being slightly larger than the surrounding villages, provides more amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, newsstands, restaurants, cafes, and terraces beneath the plane trees. The capital of Var, Draguignan, is a 15-minute drive away. The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are situated 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers are all within a 1-hour drive.
Transportation:
The TGV reaches Les Arcs, next to Taradeau. Taradeau is a 1-hour drive from Nice and Toulon/Hyers airports and 1h15 from Marseille Airport. By car, it is approximately 1300 km from Amsterdam.
