From the entrance, a corridor leads to a spacious living and dining room on the left side, equipped with an expansive open kitchen and a generous table with ample seating. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room area, there is access to one bedroom.
On the right side of the hallway, three bedrooms are situated. One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. For the other bedrooms, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Additionally, in this wing of the house, there is an extra toilet. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, but when renting for 6 people in the spring or autumn, the lower floor is closed for use. There will certainly be no other people staying during the rental.
Outside the pool, there are 7 sun loungers and also 2 canopy beds for relaxation. The outdoor kitchen is perfectly integrated into the pool terrace. Additionally, there is a dart game near the outdoor kitchen.

Approximately 5 minutes by car from the villa, you will find local shops and bakeries, while large supermarkets are located 20 minutes away. The beaches of the Côte d’Azur are easily accessible by car, with Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus being the closest options. Saint-Tropez is approximately a 50-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll discover Lac de Saint-Cassien and the breathtaking Lac de Saint-Croix in the Gorges de Verdon, where you can engage in activities such as swimming, paddle boating, trout fishing, and rafting!
