The pool is perfectly oriented to the south, so you can enjoy the warm sun rays all day long. The terrace around the pool has recently been expanded, providing even more space to relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers.
Enjoy the fresh air on the covered terrace of the house, with a cozy dining table and a comfortable lounge area. Here you can enjoy the shade and the beautiful view of the surroundings in peace.
The villa has a spacious open kitchen, which can be accessed from both the covered terrace and the large living room. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. All three bedrooms have a comfortable double bed.

This beautiful Provencal villa is situated on a flat plot of 2000 m², well planted with vegetation all around so that there is a lot of privacy.
By a shared access road with the neighbour, you arrive at the house where there is sufficient parking space for several cars. The pool and terrace are separated from the driveway by a large green hedge. You can spend a pleasant time here, with or without the children, with a book or a glass of local rosé. A new gas BBQ was provided, under a small roof. The pool itself measures 10 by 5 meters and goes up to 2 meters deep. Swimming lovers will like that!
At the house there is a covered terrace and terrace all around, with all kinds of seats and a lounge seat. The garden itself is a drought garden that, given the current climate, requires less maintenance.
Once inside the house you see that the Provencal character continues, with colonial accents such as the paintings and colorful curtains. The living room has a cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas and a TV corner. Next you will find the dining room with a wooden dining table for 6 people and the open kitchen. The Provencal tiles make it very sunny, also in the house. The kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, an American fridge and all kinds of smaller cooking equipment and supplies.
On the ground floor you will also find the master bedroom with a double bed (extra thick mattress for all comfort) and fitted wardrobes. There is a beautiful annex bathroom with double sink and spacious shower. Under the stairs is the guest toilet. The upper floor consists of 2 almost identical bedrooms, in mirror image, each with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. From the window you have a view of the garden and the swimming pool. Both rooms share a bathroom consisting of a double sink and bath with shower option. You will find a toilet in the hallway.
The house is air-conditioned, which guarantees a good night’s sleep.

Locatie
Villa Peirouard is located 15 minutes walk from the village of Lorgues. Nearby you will find several bakeries, 2 supermarkets such as Intermarche and Casino, several restaurants and pleasant terraces. Lorgues owes its fame to the weekly market on Tuesday, which is the largest Provencal market in the area and the cozy “marche des producteurs” on Friday. Cities such as Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Aix en Provence are within an hour and a half drive away. The beaches of St. Maxime, Fréjus and St. Tropez are 40 to 55 min drive from the house. In short, a great base for a fantastic holiday to go.
