The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, air conditioning and patio doors overlooking the pool and a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Next to this bedroom is a bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and patio doors to a covered balcony (pool view) and the other bedroom also has 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath / shower, sink and a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer available.
The holiday home is situated on a plot of 2500m2 with a view of a small hamlet (small village). The garden is neatly landscaped and you can sit quietly by the pool. The terrace has an elektrical fence. The pool is heated and has a size of 9x4m. The pool is equipped with an alarm system and there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. There is a gas barbecue (grill plate) and an outdoor shower.
Villa Lézard is located between the villages of Vidauban and Le Thoronet, 7 km from each village. There is a bakery and supermarket in both villages. There are also numerous restaurants and terraces. In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. We recommend the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Fréjus and St. Tropez are 35 km away. The cities like Nice, Cannes and Toulon can all be reached within 1 hour.

Villa Lézard bevindt zich tussen de dorpen Vidauban en Le Thoronet in, 7 km van elk dorp gelegen. In beide dorpen bevindt zich de bakker en de supermarkt. Ook zijn er talloze restaurants en terrasjes. In de omgeving zijn er talloze wijnchateaux en de bekende Provençaalse markten. Aanrader is de dinsdagochtend markt in Lorgues. De stranden van Fréjus en St. Tropez zijn gelegen op 35 km afstand. De steden als Nice, Cannes en Toulon zijn allen binnen 1 uur te bereiken.
