INTERIOR
Villa Le Rocfleuri is a completely renovated mansion from the 18th century. This luxurious and attractive house is beautifully decorated and has various authentic elements. There are 3 bedrooms available, each with their own bathroom.
The cozy living room is connected to the terrace with French doors and is equipped with a flat screen TV, internet (Wifi), DVD, radio and CD player (bleutooth). The living room is next to the dining room, which is also connected to the terrace with French doors. Next to the large wooden dining table is also a beautiful fireplace.
There is an open kitchen in the dining room. This is fully equipped including gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee maker.
Then there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
EXTERIOR
Villa Le Rocfleuri is located on a 2300m2 plot and is partially fenced. There is a terrace with heated pool with roller cover and a plage. There are plenty of loungers and seats to enjoy the sun and / or shade. There is also a large gas barbecue to prepare a delicious meal in the evening.
Further up in the garden is also a covered terrace with a beautiful Wisteria and a jeu de boules court for some effort in addition to relaxation.
The house has a large heated swimming pool of 10 * 5m. Because of the heating and the fireplace, this house is also very suitable to rent in spring and autumn. It is an excellent holiday home to enjoy and relax but also to discover the activities at the Cote d’azur.
The cities Fréjus and St. Raphael are very close and the cities of Cannes, Nice, Ste Maxime and St Tropez are all in the nearby area.
