Located on a quiet side road off the connection road to Villecroze you will find this beautifully fenced domain of Villa Le Loriot. The entrance gate takes you to the parking lot, both at the front and at the back of the house. The cypresses guide you along the house to the front door.
The modern, harmonious interior of the living room, sitting area and kitchen connects with the fantastic open terrace with a wide view on the greenery. You will find a spacious dining table for 6 people, comfortable sofas, a TV with international channels, a fireplace, French doors and air conditioning. The kitchen has just been newly installed and has been thought out through to the last detail with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate storage room and a refrigerator is closed for use, but the ice block function can be used.
From the hall with plenty of storage space you enter the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also air conditioning, along with a good quality ceiling fan. The French doors provide direct access to the terrace. In addition, there are mosquito screens everywhere, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. The connecting bathroom has a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom is slightly less spacious but still offers a lot of comfort. There is no air conditioning but there is a standing fan. Since the room faces east, this should be sufficient. The separate bathroom also consists of a sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
You can enjoy the beautiful weather outside on the covered terrace, at the dining table or in the lounge corner. You can decide for yourself whether you want a lot or little shade by sliding the awnings in and out. There is an additional refrigerator with freezer compartment and a gas BBQ. If we go down the spacious stairs, we arrive at the swimming pool. It is a diamond shaped pool in depth and measures 10.5m by 4.5m. The deepest point goes to 1.8m. The walk-in steps provide additional comfort. On the lower pool terrace there are sun loungers, parasols and an additional dining table. Under the upper terrace there is a storage room for wood and others.
The surrounding garden has a lot of variety of plants and the vegetation provides perfect privacy. From a piece of lawn with tall trees to find shade, to palms and flowers. You can also play pétanque on the driveway at the garage (closed for use). The pentanque balls are present

The villa is located a 3 km drive from the center of Villecroze. Within walking distance you have the wine chateau Thuerry to visit. The caves of Villecroze or the cascade of Sillans are also worth a visit. Other villages such as Lorgues with its typical Provencal market on Tuesday mornings or Flayosc and Salernes are nearby, less than a fifteen minute drive.
Day trips to the coast or the nature reserve of the Verdon are easy to do.
