After a bumpy country road you arrive at Villa La Bouscarle. A beautiful entrance gate gives access to the property. You reach the entrance via a few stairs to the left of the house.
The entrance hall immediately displays a few beautiful and original elements. A working environment is also provided here, if necessary.
On the right you enter a night hall where there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view over the fields. This bedroom has air conditioning as it is mostly south-facing. Right next to it, you can find a smaller room with bunk beds. The bunk bed can be used by both children and adults because of its high quality. Further up the night hall you enter a large bathroom (photo bathroom with red tiles). This bathroom was completely renovated during the winter season and got a shower instead of a bath and again 2 sinks and toilet. A water softener has also been installed in the house, providing pleasantly soft water.
Back in the entrance hall we continue into the kitchen, which connects to the garden and the outdoor terrace at the back. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessities. A red Smeg fridge attracts the attention. The same goes for the colorful art elements on the wall.
Also adjacent to the entrance hall there is a large living area with wooden beams in the ceiling and an authentic fireplace. The living room has a spacious sitting area with TV and a wooden dining table for 8 people. Through large patio doors you enter the covered southern front terrace. Here, too, there is a cozy seating area, ideal for a drink together.
From the living room you enter a second night area with 2 similar bedrooms, each with a double bed (consisting of 2 single mattresses so they can be split) and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks and a separate toilet. These bedrooms are north facing so heat during the summer months is less of a problem there.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with an extra freezer and refrigerator. In the garage there is a ping-pong table for the enthusiasts.
The outdoor environment is perfectly cared for with a dry garden, spacious terrace areas on all sides of the house, a pergola for cozy dining in the shade, an electric BBQ and a large pool area. The mosaic pool is 11m x 5m and descends from the steps to a depth of 2.10m. It’s a real swimming paradise that is also safe for the children because it is completely fenced. An outdoor shower is also provided.
From the terrace with the pergola you can go down to the adjacent field, which is also part of the property. Here the children can play completely free. There is a climbing tree with swing and a trampoline.
There is also ample parking within the domain and on the street side.
Space is definitely not a problem here!

The villa is 1.5 km walking distance from the village of Flayosc, which offers some restaurant options and is also very charming. From here you can easily connect with Draguignan for shopping.
When it comes to day trips, Flayosc is very centrally located to visit the coast (Saint-Maxime 45 min, Saint-Tropez 1 h), or the nature reserve of the Gorges du Verdon with its Lac de Sainte-Croix (also 1 h drive ). The charming villages of Lorgues, Cotignac and the many wine chateaux in the area are certainly worth a visit.
