Villa De La Mude is a traditional Provençal villa situated on a quiet country road in a spacious, well-maintained garden of 5000m2 adorned with numerous olive trees. Just a short five-minute drive away lies the charming and lively Provençal village of Salernes, with its delightful shops, cafes, and excellent restaurants. Villa de la Mude boasts a living space of 200m2 and is set in an idyllic and tranquil environment. The property accommodates up to eleven people and features a large private pool measuring 6 x 12 meters. Various covered terraces provide ideal spots for dining or relaxing in the shade, and there’s a built-in barbecue in the covered poolhouse.

**EXTERIOR**
This traditional Provençal villa is situated along a tranquil country road in a spacious, well-maintained garden of 5000 m2 adorned with numerous olive trees. The property features a generous 12 x 6-meter swimming pool surrounded by ample sun loungers and umbrellas. Additionally, there is a covered poolhouse where you can relax in the shade, enjoy cozy evening barbecues, or bake pizzas in the pizza oven. To create an enchanting atmosphere in the evening, the garden can be beautifully illuminated.
In front of the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a spacious dining table, accommodating 10 people. From this terrace, you have a view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the pool. On the side of the living room, this covered terrace offers a comfortable lounge area. In the adjacent lawn, a tipi tent is set up in the summer for the children, and there is a table tennis table for enthusiasts.
**INTERIOR**
Entering through the hallway, you step into a cozy living room with a fireplace. Here, you’ll find a large television with a CD and DVD player, along with numerous DVDs and games. Naturally, internet and wifi are also available. Through the separate dining room with a large dining table, you enter the Provençal kitchen, equipped with all amenities: dishwasher, freezer/fridge, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, oven, and a drip coffee maker. On the ground floor, there are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with its own bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom is located in the poolhouse by the pool. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

**ACTIVITIES**
The house is situated approximately 1.5 km from the Sillans la Cascade waterfalls, offering an amazing walking experience. Sillans la Cascade, Salernes, Villecroze, Tourtour, Cotignac, and Lorgues are all charming villages with inviting terraces and delightful restaurants. In Villecroze, there is a waterfall with cave houses behind it, creating a small piece of paradise where strolling through beautifully landscaped gardens is a wonderful experience.
Inland, a diverse range of activities awaits, including cycling/mountain biking, swimming, horse riding, tennis, and hiking through the nearby vineyards. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy playing at one of the three golf courses in the area. About 25 minutes away, the Gorges du Verdon offers natural beauty and is an ideal destination for mountain climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, and more.
The house is strategically located for visits to the breathtaking seaside resorts of the Cote d’Azur, such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, and St. Tropez. The beaches and sea of Ste. Maxime are only 1 hour away.
**RESTAURANTS AND WINE**
The region boasts numerous Provencal bistros and restaurants. Salernes, a vibrant village with charming shops, restaurants, terraces, and a lively Sunday market, is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the Tuesday markets in Lorgues or Cotignac, featuring a variety of local produce, come highly recommended. Explore excellent wine châteaux and indulge in wine tasting experiences throughout the area.
