Villa Beau Soleil is a stylish detached property with a living area of 200 m², suitable for 6 guests. The villa is situated on a generous 5000 m² plot, offering plenty of privacy and tranquility. At the heart of the house is the atmospheric living room with a fireplace, comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and large French doors opening onto the terrace. The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and American fridge — ideal for those who love cooking with local ingredients.
There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and either a private or shared bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities, including a walk-in shower and washbasin, and there is a separate guest toilet. The different floor levels throughout the house add a charming, characterful feel. Two of the bedrooms have their own terrace with seating area.
The outdoor area is truly an oasis. The swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) with Roman-style steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and direct access to the terraces featuring several dining areas and a lounge area. Here you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast while watching the sunrise or savour a dinner under the stars. The garden features typical Provençal vegetation, including lavender, rosemary, and olive trees. From the various levels of the garden, you can enjoy a continuously captivating panorama.
There is private parking on the property for multiple cars, and of course, Wi-Fi is available in and around the house. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Take a walk through the Massif des Maures, discover the waterfalls of Sillans-la-Cascade, or visit the impressive Gorges du Verdon — all within an hour’s drive. For a day at the seaside, you can reach the Côte d’Azur — including destinations like Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus — in approximately 1.5 hours.
