Situated in the charming village of Tourtour—often called the “village in the sky”—this villa combines tranquility, comfort, and Provençal charm. Enjoy a private swimming pool, spacious terraces, and a tastefully decorated interior designed for relaxation. Whether you are dining on the covered terrace, reading a good book under the trees, or sipping a glass of wine at sunset, Villa Beau Soleil offers a truly delightful experience.
Villa Beau Soleil is a stylish detached home with a living area of 150 m², suitable for four adults and two children. Set on a generous 6,500 m² plot, the villa offers plenty of privacy and peace. The heart of the home is the atmospheric living room, featuring a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and large French doors opening onto the terrace. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped—including an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and American-style fridge—making it ideal for those who love to cook.
There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms feature modern amenities, including walk-in showers and washbasins, and there is a separate guest toilet. The house features split-level living areas, adding to its unique charm. Two of the bedrooms have their own private terraces with seating areas.
Air conditioning is provided on the first floor; it is not needed on the ground floor, as the thick walls effectively keep the heat out.
The outdoor area is a true oasis. The swimming pool (9 x 4.5 meters), featuring Roman-style entry steps, is surrounded by a spacious terrace complete with sun loungers, a parasol, and a sun awning. There are several terraces featuring various dining areas and a lounge corner. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast while watching the sunrise or savor dinner in the evening. The garden is landscaped with typical Provençal vegetation, including lavender, rosemary, and olive trees. The garden’s tiered layout offers captivating panoramic views from various vantage points.
On-site parking is available for multiple cars, and Wi-Fi is, of course, provided both inside and outside the house.

Villa Beau Soleil is beautifully situated in picturesque Tourtour, one of France’s most beautiful villages. Perched at an altitude of 635 meters, the village offers panoramic views across the vast landscape of Provence. Tourtour is renowned for its authentic atmosphere, charming squares, weekly market, and excellent restaurants. The villa is located 1.5 kilometers from the village center.
The surrounding area is rich in both nature and culture. Take a walk through the Massif des Maures, discover the waterfalls of Sillans-la-Cascade, or visit the impressive Gorges du Verdon—all of which are less than an hour’s drive away. Visits to well-known Provençal towns such as Cotignac, Salernes, Lorgues, and Aups are also highly recommended. You can reach the Côte d’Azur—with destinations like Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus—within an hour and a half.

Wat een prachtige locatie om te verblijven. Dit gebied was nieuw voor ons maar we komen zeker terug.
Genoten van deze plek
Wij komen al 20 jaar naar de Var en kunnen dus gerust zeggen dat dit een unieke ervaring was.
Het uitzicht is formidabel vanuit elk hoekje van de tuin. Ook de voorzieningen in het huis waren beter dan in de meeste andere huizen (kookgoed, handdoeken, producten, …) Dat appreciëren wij ten zeerste.

Een authentiek stenen huis. Geheel gerenoveerd met behoud van het karakter.
We hebben genoten van zowel het dorpje Tourtour als van dit huis.
Als fijnproever heb ik genoten van wat de Provence te bieden heeft. De keuken van de Bergerie was goed en volledig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De etentjes op het terras waren een van de highlights van onze vakantie.
