Discover L’Abri du Sud, a charming home located in the picturesque town of Lorgues. This cozy house is situated in a small residential area within walking distance of Lorgues town center, allowing you to fully enjoy Provençal life. Suitable for up to 6 people, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation.
Upon entering, on the right side, you’ll find a warmly decorated living room with a cozy fireplace. Through a door, you enter the utility room where a washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. On the other side of the front door, there is a modern kitchen equipped with all conveniences, including an American fridge and spacious dining table. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for extra comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. Down a few steps, you’ll find a spacious bedroom.
From the kitchen, stairs lead up to two more bedrooms. Between these bedrooms, there is a space with a small desk and a sofa bed. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Outside, the garden offers ample space to park two cars and is fully fenced for extra privacy and security. On the terrace under the shelter, there is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy delightful meals outdoors.

Locatie
L’Abri du Sud is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the village of Lorgues. Nearby, you have several bakeries, 2 supermarkets such as Intermarché and Casino, various restaurants, and cozy terraces. Lorgues is renowned for its weekly market on Tuesdays, which is the largest Provençal market in the area. On Fridays, there is the enjoyable “marche des producteurs”. Cities like Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence can be reached within an hour to an hour and a half by car. The beaches of St. Maxime, Fréjus, and St. Tropez are a 40 to 55-minute drive from the property. In short, an excellent base for an amazing holiday ahead.

Kan niets negatief vinden. Slechts het verstopte afvoerputje en parasols zouden wenselijk zijn.
Heerlijk huis vlak bij centrum (3 minuten lopen). Ondanks ligging vlakbij bij centrum heel rustige omgeving. Heel fijn(klein) zwembad (wij zijn geen zwemmers)om je even af te koelen. Voor ons top. L’Abri du

Heel mooie en nette vakantiewoning voorzien van alle luxe en comfort. Heel goede airco in alle ruimtes. Fijn zwembad met aangename watertemperatuur, voorzien van een zelfreinigend pompsysteem. Ook handig vonden we de wasruimte met wasmachine, droogtrommel, strijkplank en strijkijzer.
Goed werkende wifi.
Aangename en ruime slaapkamers met veel opbergruimte.
Twee prachtige badkamers waarvan 1 met luxe inloopdouche.
Al het nodige comfort in de keuken.
Gelegen in een rustige woonwijk op slechts 5 minuutjes stappen van het centrum. Ondanks de super centrale ligging toch zeer rustig.
Ideale uitvalbasis voor meerdere dag uitstapjes.
Ondanks het zonnezeil onder het glazen afdak wordt het op het terras wel erg warm. We verbleven natuurlijk wel tijdens een heel hete periode.
We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad en kunnen deze villa zeker aanraden voor een gezin of een groep van zes tot zeven personen. Voldoende privacy gegarandeerd met 3 ruime aparte tweepersoonskamers en 1 kamer met een 1-persoonsbed.

Hele ruime villa met alles erop en eraan. Goed werkende airco. Topligging tov het stadje en om leuke dorpjes te bezoeken. Vlot contact met de beheerster.
luxe en rust op loopafstand van het centrum
Mooie ruime en vooral zeer schone villa, voorzien van alle gemakken en op 5 tot 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum met allemaal leuke restaurants, wijnbar, winkels en dinsdag en vrijdag een hele leuke markt. Niet al te groot zwembad maar prima om even heerlijk af te koelen. Contact met de beheerster was, hoewel in het Frans, uitstekend! Ze heeft ons prima, snel en adequaat geholpen! Fijne basis voor excursies in de omgeving!
Als ik 1 minpuntje moet noemen dan is het dat de hoeveelheid schaduw plaatsen beperkt is. Maar verder top, een absolute aanrader!!
