Discover L’Abri du Sud, a charming home located in the picturesque town of Lorgues. This cozy house is situated in a small residential area within walking distance of Lorgues town center, allowing you to fully enjoy Provençal life. Suitable for up to 6 people, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation.
Upon entering, on the right side, you’ll find a warmly decorated living room with a cozy fireplace. Through a door, you enter the utility room where a washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. On the other side of the front door, there is a modern kitchen equipped with all conveniences, including an American fridge and spacious dining table. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for extra comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. Down a few steps, you’ll find a spacious bedroom.
From the kitchen, stairs lead up to two more bedrooms. Between these bedrooms, there is a space with a small desk and a sofa bed. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Outside, the garden offers ample space to park two cars and is fully fenced for extra privacy and security. On the terrace under the shelter, there is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy delightful meals outdoors.

Locatie
L’Abri du Sud is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the village of Lorgues. Nearby, you have several bakeries, 2 supermarkets such as Intermarché and Casino, various restaurants, and cozy terraces. Lorgues is renowned for its weekly market on Tuesdays, which is the largest Provençal market in the area. On Fridays, there is the enjoyable “marche des producteurs”. Cities like Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence can be reached within an hour to an hour and a half by car. The beaches of St. Maxime, Fréjus, and St. Tropez are a 40 to 55-minute drive from the property. In short, an excellent base for an amazing holiday ahead.

De woning ligt in een rustige woonwijk, vlakbij het centrum van Lorgues,
alle winkels en restaurants op wandelafstand, en heeft alles wat nodig is voor een aangename vakantie. Het kleine zwembad is goed om af te koelen maar niet om baantjes te trekken. Voor de gasbarbecue zou een gebruiksaanwijzing nuttig zijn. De grote terrasoverkapping in glas is mooi maar bij grote warmte wordt dit snel een sauna waardoor buiten eten onmogelijk wordt. Goede bedden, badkamers, airco en WiFi.Zeer leuk verblijf.
Ruim en comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien.
Zwembad is niet groot, maar voor ons gezin prima. Loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Lorgues.
Het huis is geweldig; mooi en sfeervol.
Prima locatie. En het enigszins kleine zwembad stoort niet.

Een compleet huis met zwembad. Leuk stadje. Mooie omgeving.
We huren al jaren bij Qhome. Heel tevreden over aanbod, boeking, communicatie.
L’Abri du sud is een nieuw huis bij Qhome. Fantastische locatie in dorp Lorgues. Mooi afgewerkt en luxe keuken. Heel fijn als het ook een keer niet zo mooi weer is. Tuin is wat klein maar voor ons in het voorjaar met 2 personen en kleine hond helemaal prima! Concierge met partner heel erg vriendelijk en voorkomend. Fijne snelle communicatie.
