From a quiet country road you enter the open domain of La Maison de Lisa. A bumpy driveway takes you to the villa and the provided parking space. The garage is not available during the rental.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with grassy areas and taller trees on the edge of the garden. These ensure that some shade can also be sought. A swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters also provides the necessary cooling. The pool goes up to 1.80 m deep and has a lower part of 1 m with steps.
The house has a covered terrace with a large lounge area to enjoy a drink together or read a book. The sun loungers are located on the side. Several more will be purchased before next season. On the other side of the house is a second covered terrace with a big dining table and a large plancha.
Through the front door you enter a corridor, open to the kitchen and connected to the rooms and floor. The kitchen and living room are one large and long space with an open wooden truss, decorated in a Provencal style with lots of color. On the south side there are many windows with sliding windows and a door to the terrace. The living room consists of a sitting area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV corner. The TV is connected to a digital network with international channels and chromecast options. In addition, Fiber WiFi is available in the house. A pallet stove provides the necessary heat on colder evenings in the spring and autumn.
In addition, there is an office space and a practical dining table next to the kitchen, which in turn also has a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with built-in cupboards and electrical appliances, ranging from a ceramic hob and dishwasher, oven and microwave. An American fridge and freezer also has the function of providing ice cubes. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers.
On the ground floor you will find on both sides of the house a spacious room with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. On the left side of the house, the room overlooks the side garden and there is a sliding window that gives you access to it. The bathroom is green tiles and has a double sink and a beautiful built-in shower. A separate door in the bedroom gives access to a toilet. On the right side of the house, the bedroom overlooks the south-facing terrace with sun loungers. There is also a sliding window here. The bathroom, this time with yellow tiles, has a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Next to the bathroom is a dressing.
If we go to the upper floor, we find 2 additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a loft bed with stairs, also called a mezzanine bed, with a double mattress. This is great fun for kids of a certain age. Underneath is a desk and a play area. The room next door consists of a bunk bed, again for children, and a single bed that can be opened into a double bed. This room can certainly serve as a family room, but in this setup it is less spacious. The shared bathroom has a bath, shower and double sinks.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

La Maison de Lisa is located about 2 km from the center of Montfort-sur-Argens, a cozy and typical Provencal village. From the house you can follow a walking path that leads directly to the village, without traffic.
Nearby are the villages of Correns and Carcès.
Correns is a charming Provencal village surrounded by hills and vineyards. It is the first village in France to be fully certified organic, located in the heart of the Var. Carcès is worth a postcard, with nice restaurants and cozy terraces.
In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. Recommended is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Tropez and cities such as Nice, Cannes and Toulon can be reached within 1 hour.
