Villa La Gardète features an oval-shaped pool with a pleasant depth of 1.40m throughout. Stone entry steps are provided, and the pool is equipped with an electronic alarm that can be activated or deactivated according to your preferences. Pool dimensions: 6.00 x 8.00 m. Comfortable loungers with cushions are placed around the pool. Additionally, there is a delightful jeu de boules court measuring 10*3 meters, contributing to the authentic Provençal holiday atmosphere.
Between the main villa and the guest house, you’ll find the “abri,” a covered space of 35m2 with a dining table and chairs, as well as a seating area directly adjacent to the pool terrace. A gas barbecue and an outdoor shower are available in this area. Whether you want to relax by the pool during the day or enjoy evenings around the large dining table, this space offers both. The abri features dimmable ambient lighting and ensures complete privacy.
The property has a terraced garden spanning 2600 m2. The grounds are fully fenced, offering ample parking space and the option for complete closure. Enjoy a beautiful view over the village and the church of Flayosc. The village provides all essential amenities, including several restaurants like Le Nid and Le Cigalou.
**INTERIOR**
Villa La Gardète is a charming Provençal villa located just outside the typical French village of Flayosc. The villa comprises a main house and a separate guest house, accommodating up to 10 people: the villa accommodates 6 people, and the guest house accommodates 4.
There is a spacious kitchen with French doors opening to the backyard. The kitchen features two countertops, an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. It is well-equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, knives, and other kitchen utensils. The adjacent utility room includes a second fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, and dryer.
The living/dining room is tastefully furnished with a 3 and 4-seater sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV with satellite reception offering Dutch channels, and a DVD player. The adjacent terrace provides views over the village of Flayosc. From the living room, stairs lead up to the mezzanine with an additional (comfortable) sofa bed for 2 people.
The spacious villa accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms, featuring 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and French doors opening to the terrace. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and French doors to the terrace. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower, bidet, and a separate toilet. Bedroom 3 is located on the north side of the house and also has a double bed with French doors to the front garden. This bedroom has a large bathroom with a shower and bidet, as well as a separate toilet.
The guest house is situated at a slightly lower level, about 40m from the main house, providing plenty of privacy. It comprises a spacious living/bedroom with 2 single beds, a seating area, and a small dining table. There is a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture, offering views over the village.
Bedroom 4 is a very spacious room with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a generous double bed, along with ample wardrobe space. Both rooms share a bathroom with a small bath/walk-in shower, bidet, and sink. There is a spacious but simple kitchen with two countertops, a two-burner gas stove, a tabletop refrigerator, and a separate toilet.
For children, a high chair and crib are available. Dutch and English DVDs are provided.
