INTERIOR
This high-quality house for 8 persons is spacious with a beautiful decor. The open-plan living room has a spacious sitting area with afire place, a large flat screen TV (International channels), DVD, Wifi. Between the kitchen and the living room is a large dining table but if you want open-air dining you can choose the dining table on the covered terrace. The kitchen has a quality feel with a gas cooker (5 ring + griddle) and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large American fridge with integrated ice maker. Also there is a pantry which has a second freezer, a washing machine and an ironing board.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the ground floor with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Next to the first bedroom is a large bathroom with shower and two basins. On the first floor is bedroom 3 and 4 each with a double bed and large wardrobes. These rooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. In the hall there is a separate toilet. In both bedrooms is an extra single bed.
EXTERIOR
Bastide des Restanques is a high-quality holiday home for 8 people on an 8000m2 plot. It has a large 11×5 meters heated swimming pool (26 degrees) and a pleasant pool house with plenty of seating to relax in the shade or lounge on the sunbeds next to the pool. The villa has a covered terrace with outdoor fire place and a dining table. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, pool and pool house. There is a fantastic landscaped garden with a driveway and a beautiful view over the valley. For entertainment the villa has table tennis table, trampoline and jeu de boules alley.
The property is located approximately 2,5 kilometers from the Provençal village, Flayosc, with its many restaurants and cafes. Flayosc was build in the Middle Ages and is located in the heart of Provence and the Var convenient located between sea and mountains. Flayosc is an interesting place, where you can learn about the local history and environment. Flayosc offers you everything for your shopping with 2 supermarkets, 1 grocery, 2 butchers, 3 bakers, the Crédit Agricole bank, post office and a pharmacy. Large supermarkets and other groceries you find in Draguignan, 7 km from Flayosc.

Wat een heerlijke ruim opgezette villa, met een zeer relaxte sfeer
Wij hebben in de Mei vakantie in deze woning met onze twee dochters verbleven. het was heerlijk op de twee bewolkte dagen die we hadden was het zwembad heerlijk warm door de verwarming. Ook onze hond Nanouk had een super tijd in de tuin Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik met mijn vrouw Debby zijn de eigenaars van Q Home en hadden nog nooit een huis bij ons zelf gehuurd tot dit voorjaar de ervaring was top. Heel leuk om zelf eens te ervaren wat onze klanten jaarlijks ervaren en echte goede vakantie vibe. Al moest ik zelf nog wel af en toe werken die vakantie was het toch echt HEERLIJK.
