INTERIOR
This high-quality house for 8 persons is spacious with a beautiful decor. The open-plan living room has a spacious sitting area with afire place, a large flat screen TV (International channels), DVD, Wifi. Between the kitchen and the living room is a large dining table but if you want open-air dining you can choose the dining table on the covered terrace. The kitchen has a quality feel with a gas cooker (5 ring + griddle) and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large American fridge with integrated ice maker. Also there is a pantry which has a second freezer, a washing machine and an ironing board.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the ground floor with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Next to the first bedroom is a large bathroom with shower and two basins. On the first floor is bedroom 3 and 4 each with a double bed and large wardrobes. These rooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. In the hall there is a separate toilet. In both bedrooms is an extra single bed.
EXTERIOR
Bastide des Restanques is a highly luxurious villa for eight people, set on a spacious plot of no less than 8,000 m². It features a large, heated 11 x 5-meter swimming pool and an inviting pool house, ensuring plenty of opportunities to enjoy both the sun and the shade. The pool’s light, sand-colored finish creates a natural water hue that blends beautifully with the surroundings and the valley view; consequently, the water may appear greener in photos than in a traditional blue pool, though in reality, it is always clear, clean, and impeccably maintained. Around the villa, you will find various cozy seating areas, a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace, and a spacious dining table. The beautifully landscaped garden, elegant driveway, and unobstructed view of the valley complete the picture. Amenities include a table tennis table, a trampoline, and a pétanque court.
The property is located approximately 2,5 kilometers from the Provençal village, Flayosc, with its many restaurants and cafes. Flayosc was build in the Middle Ages and is located in the heart of Provence and the Var convenient located between sea and mountains. Flayosc is an interesting place, where you can learn about the local history and environment. Flayosc offers you everything for your shopping with 2 supermarkets, 1 grocery, 2 butchers, 3 bakers, the Crédit Agricole bank, post office and a pharmacy. Large supermarkets and other groceries you find in Draguignan, 7 km from Flayosc.

Ontzettend fijn en mooi huis, met goede uitrusting qua spullen en mogelijkheden! Fijne plek om met familie te vertoeven.
Zeer fijne twee weken verbleven met gezin en familie. Huis heeft alle benodigdheden en ook zeer luxe. Super fijn de meerdere zitjes en plekken om te genieten van de het huis en de omgeving. Enige minpuntje is de gehorigheid in het huis zelf. Door de omvang en ruimte kan dit soms niet geheel ideaal zijn. Verder echt onwijs genoten en schitterend huis. Tevens erg goed en vriendelijk ontvangen en ook de hulp tijdens het verblijf is super!
Wat een fijn huis en wat een fijne plek!
Wat een mooi huis, groter dan het lijkt op de foto’s en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij raden dit huis zeker aan. Ook qua ligging perfect tussen Salernes, Lorgues, Toutour en Flayosc.

Prachtige villa, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Alles was prima in orde. Wij hebben ervan genoten .
Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Alles was aanwezig op de locatie. Ze. Mooi groot huis met alles voorzieningen. Enkel de tuinkussens van de ligaetelq waren wel wat versleten. Maar voor het overig TOP.
Fantastisch huis, beter dan goed
Huis van hoge kwaliteit, heel ruim, uitstekend meubilair en bedden, zee schoon, mooi groot perceel, verwarmd zwembad, uitstekend beheerder ter plaatse.
