EXTERIOR
Outside, you will find the private swimming pool, surrounded by terraces and seating areas. There is plenty of space to relax, dine, or enjoy long summer evenings overlooking the surroundings and the sea in the distance. Under the covered terrace, there is a large dining table with a BBQ and plancha. The garden is set on multiple levels and spans approximately one hectare. A long driveway offers ample parking space. There is also a trampoline available for children.
On a lower part of the property, with its own driveway and completely separated from the villa, the caretakers reside. Full privacy is guaranteed.
The villa offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a relaxing holiday or a longer family stay.
INTERIOR
The villa accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children and is practically designed with comfort in mind.
There are four bedrooms in total:
- Three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm)
- One children’s bedroom with two bunk beds (90 x 200 cm, suitable for four children)
In addition, the property features multiple bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with direct access to the terrace. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and enhance the sense of space and connection with the outdoors.
LOCATION
Villa Les Trois Ponts is located in the picturesque village of Cabris, an authentic Provençal village in the Alpes-Maritimes, known for its spectacular views and peaceful atmosphere. From the villa, you can easily reach lively coastal towns such as Cannes, Antibes, and Nice.
Grasse, the perfume capital, is located a very short distance away. Perfume has been made here for centuries, and many houses still work with local flowers such as jasmine and roses. There are various perfumeries to visit in the city, and fun workshops are held where you can create your own perfume!
The surrounding area offers plenty of possibilities: from beach days on the Mediterranean to hiking in the hills and exploring charming inland villages. Food lovers will also be well catered for, with local markets and excellent restaurants nearby.
There is even a golf course within walking distance of the property.
