Villa Les Palmiers is the perfect vacation villa for 4 people looking for a combination of tranquility and coziness, while still being close to the coast. Located on a hillside in Les Issambres, this villa offers breathtaking views over the bay and its surroundings.
This villa is a true rarity in the region, thanks to its unique location and the size of the property (the house is also rented for groups of up to 12 people).
The property consists of 2 levels, with the entire upper floor being closed off when rented for 4 people. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that opens onto a cozy terrace, complete with a covered pergola. Here, you can enjoy the best the Côte d’Azur has to offer until the late hours.
During the off-peak season, being the months of April, May and October, there is also a possibility to rent a house for max. 4 people, with the upper floor being closed.

By a dead end public road, steep up, you arrive at the entrance gate of Villa Les Palmiers. We are here on the level of the first floor of the villa where there is also a garage. On the street there is plenty of space to park.
On both sides of the villa you can descend with a staircase or a path in the garden to the ground floor. The beautifully landscaped garden with its Mediterranean plants and palms immediately puts you in the right holiday mood. On the lower part of the garden is the newly landscaped swimming pool of 10m by 4m, surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. An outdoor shower was even thought of.
A little further you will also find a jeu de boules area and under one of the covered terraces there is also a football table.
On the southern side of the house, a large and cozy terrace has been created with a pergola and a long table so that you can enjoy your own prepared meals. A gas BBQ is provided to help you prepare.
From this terrace you can easily walk into the airy living space through patio doors. An open modern kitchen is equipped with every luxury and comfort, ranging from an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and coffee machine and overlooks a cozy dining area with wooden table and chairs. This way you can also eat inside on a colder evening, in all cosiness. In direct connection with the dining area is a cozy sitting area, equipped with 2 comfortable sofas and a TV corner.
The sleeping area is closed off from the living space by a door. Once in the hallway you have 2 spacious and bright bedrooms on the garden side, each with a double bed (consisting of 2 mattresses). There are also 2 bathrooms. One of them has a double sink, spacious walk-in shower and separate toilet. The other has a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet together.
Via the external stairs you go up to the first floor, where you enter a large living room with modern sofas and access to a terrace with beautiful sea views. In a side section with glass valleys you will find a cupboard that serves as a mini-kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, sink and mini fridge. This means that the group sleeping upstairs is also quickly within reach of a kitchen facility. From this open space there is a connection to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All upstairs bedrooms again have a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and are always airy and modern. An artful touch was applied to each room, making it look very playful. Both bathrooms have a shower and sink. There is also a toilet.
All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning.

- A price for occupancy up to 4 people at €1495 per week. The upper floor of the house will be closed and an adjusted final cleaning price of €150 will apply.
- A price for a maximum of 12 people at €2035 per week. The entire house is then accessible and the final cleaning price is €250.
Price for a stay during the months of April, May and October 2024
During the low season (before June 1, 2024 and after September 28, 2024) 2 prices apply:
- A price for occupancy up to 4 people at €1495 per week. The upper floor of the house will be closed and an adjusted final cleaning price of €150 will apply.
- A price for a maximum of 12 people at €2035 per week. The entire house is then accessible and the final cleaning price is €250.

This spacious and modernly furnished villa is located in Les Issambres, 1.6 km from the coast with its popular beaches. The 8 km coastline is characterized by beautiful bays with regular bar and/or restaurant located between pine and palm trees. Plage de la Garonnette (1.6 km) and the beach of La Nartelle are the most famous within a short drive of the property. You can also go there on foot, but know that during 300 m it is quite steep uphill on the way back.
Les Issambres, in the bay of St-Tropez, belongs to the municipality of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, a little further inland. It is only 23 km from the fashionable seaside resort of Saint Tropez and is more easily accessible (20 min.) via the ferry. Located between Saint-Maxime and Fréjus, we can assure you that there is plenty to do during the season. There are regular (evening) markets that ensure a pleasant bustle. Saint-Raphaël, Port Grimaud, La Garde Frenet and Ramatuelle are also definitely worth a visit.
For walkers there is the Les Petites Maures nature reserve in the area, with beautiful views of the Cote d’Azur with its beautiful blue color nuances. Sports enthusiasts can bike on the forest, waterski, wakeboard or kayak at the local surf club.
And if you want to spoil the children a little extra, there are 2 large Aqualand parks in the area.
