INTERIOR
Villa les Oliviers is a typical Provençal villa 1.5 km from the lively village of Lorgues. The interior is light and well cared for. From the bright living room with dining table, TV, fireplace and cozy sitting area you enter the covered terrace through the French doors. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartments, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast bar and a dishwasher. Your holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has 2 single beds. In the other two bedrooms there is a double bed and these rooms have French doors to either the balcony or terrace. One bedroom is on the first floor. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor with Italian shower. There are 2 toilets.
EXTERIOR
Villa les Oliviers is centrally located between many vineyards and close to charming small villages in the area. You will find the local boulangerie and other small shops 1.5 km from your villa. The villa has an enclosed garden of 1500 m2, a beautiful swimming pool with ‘walk-in beach’, sun terrace and offers plenty of privacy. The pool is 9 by 4.5 meters. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided around the pool.
The covered terrace, accessible through the French doors from the living room, is generous. Here you will find a large dining table with chairs. There are several seating areas to enjoy a glass of local rosé and there is a BBQ for cozy hours outside cooking. The house is surrounded by large trees, providing sufficient shade in the warm summer and has many fragrant colorful flowers and plants. Next to the house there is a carport and ample parking for 2 cars. An ideal location for a fantastic holiday in Provence.

Heerlijke woning
Een heerlijke woning met compleet afgesloten tuin zodat de hond los rond kan lopen. ps: Wel veel persoonlijke spullen in het huis van de verhuurder, mijn advies is om meer eenheid in het huis, servies etc te maken en persoonlijke foto’s en tirelantijnen te verwijderen. Inrichting is landelijk/provencaals maar wel gedateerd. Met een kleine upgrade en grote opruiming van de buitenboel is het een nog mooiere plek. Daarnaast ook de bomen snoeien, na 17u geen zon meer in het zwembad wat zonde is.

Fijne en comfortabele woning in een mooi omgeving!
Graag een map met gebruiksaanwijzingen van alle apparaten in de woning!
Eventueel graag verwarming van het zwembad!
Punten van aandacht
Een prettig plek. Huis was een beetje gedateerd en erg veel rommelige keuken spullen. Punt van aandacht was de afzuifkap met (te veel) vet ik ben bang voor brand of kortsluiting?
