Description
Welcome to Villa Les Murets! This charming holiday villa for 8 people is located just 1 km from the village of Callas. With a large 5000 m2 estate of olive trees and a beautiful view of Callas, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.
In front of the house is a lovely 9 x 5 meter pool, which can be heated upon request. There are plenty of sun loungers (will be newly purchased) and umbrellas available for relaxing by the pool. In addition, there is also a jeu de boules court, a trampoline, a swing, and a ping pong table available for guests.
Villa Les Murets offers something for everyone, whether you want to relax by the pool or be active with the various recreational facilities. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty of Villa Les Murets!

Interior
The top floor or at the same time ground floor (because it is the level of the driveway and the front door) consists of the living space with kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The ground floor is closed for use.
You enter the house through a central hallway with many windows and beautiful views. French doors give access to one of the upper terraces with dining table and parasol, along which you descend via stairs to the swimming pool and surrounding terrace. The central hallway splits the house into 2 parts.
To the left you have:
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen is semi-open and has a large dining table for the whole group.
- The living room has lovely sofas, a fireplace, TV with international channels (canal+ NL) and an original music system and connects to the front terraces on both sides. There is air conditioning in the living room.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and sufficient storage space, which open through French doors onto a front terrace with its own seating areas to enjoy the unique view of the greenery and the idyllic village of Callas. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
- The shared bathroom consists of a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.
- In the hallway you will find a separate guest toilet.
To the right of it there is:
- A connecting hallway with 2 washing machines and tumble dryer.
- A spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The window opens onto the side garden.
- A middle room with a smaller double bed and a door that connects to the front garden and covered parking space.
- The shared bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Exterior
In addition to the upper terraces, Villa Les Murets has a very beautiful landscaped garden on different levels. There is the jeu de boules court level, with a natural stone garden tiny house next to it that enhances the Provencal atmosphere. One level higher, to the left of the entrance gate, is a large trampoline. So party for the children. Not to forget the swing, at the higher level of the garden.
If we zoom in on the swimming pool and the surrounding terrace, we see a cozy pergola with a long dining table and a Weber electric BBQ. There is also a table tennis. New sun loungers will be installed at the pool for next season in combination with the current parasols that are wind-resistant. The swimming pool itself can be closed with a shutter and measures 9 by 5 meters. The depth ranges from 1 to 2 m and a staircase is provided. On request, the swimming pool can be heated in spring and autumn.
Parking is no problem at the villa. There is a long driveway. The garage is closed for use but there are 2 covered parking spots at the front.
The villa is located 1 km from the village, on a hill, which gives you a beautiful view. There are several Provencal bistros and terraces in Callas, where you can enjoy a glass of rosé under the plane trees. A well-known restaurant in the vicinity is, for example, that of Hotel Pennafort, where you can also take beautiful walks.
The region is characterized by old wine chateaux. You can do a wine tasting almost anywhere and buy the wine at the chateau.
The Gorges du Verdon is only 30 km away, where numerous activities are possible. Moreover, there are excellent golf courses nearby, such as Terre Blanche. A trip to the coast, with Fréjus and Saint-Maxime as the first beaches, is easily made within half an hour’s drive.
