The three bedrooms have double beds of 200 * 160 cm of a very good quality. The rooms have their own bathroom. There are 2 rooms with a shower and 1 room with a bath / shower combination. There is a cot and a high chair available in the house.
The living room is very spacious and has a TV. There is also a google Chromecast available for streaming via your phone. The internet is via the satellite and is unlimited. There is a Bluetooth music box. There is also a spacious sitting area with patio doors to the terrace.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with all kinds of equipment, such as a dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, an ice cube machine and a ceramic stove. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace with a spacious dining table, gas BBQ and a parasol for the necessary shade.
The garden is divided into several terraces and has several cozy seating areas. At the pool is a large lounge set to relax. On the terrace at the front of the house it is wonderful to enjoy an aperitif and enjoy the beautiful view over the river. There is also an outdoor bathroom with double shower, sink and toilet. There is private access to the river and 2 canoes that can be used by sports enthusiasts!

The house is located at the river Argens, between the villages of Le Thoronet (6.5 km) and Vidauban (6.5 km). It is a beautiful and quiet place with many possibilities for walking, cycling and canoeing. Via the D84 you are within 10 minutes in the villages of Le Thoronet and Vidauban where there are several supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

Geweldige woning!
Wat een heerlijke woning! voorzien van alle gemakken, de aanwezige airconditioning bleek noodzakelijk tijdens de enorm warme week waarin wij er verbleven (tussen de 36-40 graden!). We hebben gekayakt met de boten die beneden ter beschikking zijn, de omgeving is prachtig, een bezoek aan Lac Ste Croix en ook Nice was geweldig. Als je van fietsen houdt is dit een mooie plek met veel routes en mooie klimmetjes. Eric is een hele prettige beheerder en communiceert kordaat.
We waren nog even bang dat de D-weg onderaan de oprit veel overlast zou veroorzaken, maar je hebt er werkelijk totaal geen last van. Er rijdt nauwelijks verkeer.
Fantastische woning!
Wat een prachtige woning! Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en voorzien van alle comfort. Overdag genoten we van een verfrissende duik in het heerlijke zwembad, ’s avonds kwamen we tot rust in het loungebed op het terras. De streek en de omgeving zijn adembenemend mooi, met de rivier aan de deur waar we hebben gekayakt. Elke minuut voelde als pure verwennerij – een plek om nooit te vergeten!
