The three bedrooms have double beds of 200 * 160 cm of a very good quality. The rooms have their own bathroom. There are 2 rooms with a shower and 1 room with a bath / shower combination. There is a cot and a high chair available in the house.
The living room is very spacious and has a TV. There is also a google Chromecast available for streaming via your phone. The internet is via the satellite and is unlimited. There is a Bluetooth music box. There is also a spacious sitting area with patio doors to the terrace.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with all kinds of equipment, such as a dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, an ice cube machine and a ceramic stove. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace with a spacious dining table, gas BBQ and a parasol for the necessary shade.
The garden is divided into several terraces and has several cozy seating areas. At the pool is a large lounge set to relax. On the terrace at the front of the house it is wonderful to enjoy an aperitif and enjoy the beautiful view over the river. There is also an outdoor bathroom with double shower, sink and toilet. There is private access to the river and 2 canoes that can be used by sports enthusiasts!

The house is located at the river Argens, between the villages of Le Thoronet (6.5 km) and Vidauban (6.5 km). It is a beautiful and quiet place with many possibilities for walking, cycling and canoeing. Via the D84 you are within 10 minutes in the villages of Le Thoronet and Vidauban where there are several supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

Prachtige villa met een fantastische tuin en zwembad!
Prachtige villa met een fantastische tuin en zwembad! Sanitair (douches) schiet gezien de mooie villa tekort. Tevens een aantal keer geen warm water onder de douche. Als laatst geven we graag mee om het WiFi-bereik te verbeteren aangezien met je telefoon maximaal 3G daar kan ontvangen. Afsluitend hebben wij met het gezin een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!
Super huis, veel privacy, goede voorzieningen
Super huis, veel privacy, goede voorzieningen, fijn contact met de beheerder. Enigste minpuntje afstand tot bakker is 6,5km dus elke dag met auto voor vers brood. Verder topadres en zeker aanrader.
