EXTERIOR
Through the entrance gate and driveway you reach the spacious parking lot in front of the house.
There is a large heated swimming pool of 15 by 6.5 meters which descends to a depth of approximately 2 meters. The pool can be closed with a hard shutter. There are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for a relaxing day by the pool. The landscaped garden is flat and enclosed with a large covered terrace with a dining table to enjoy a delicious lunch.
In short, an ideal holiday home for a family with children. The house is located close to the beautiful E8 cycle route.
INTERIOR
Villa la Douce Vince is a nice, “en pierre” light and modern furnished holiday home. It has a habitable surface of 190 m2. The large sliding doors from the kitchen and living room give you access to a terrace with a large dining table and a fantastic panoramic view. The villa has a bright modern open kitchen with cooking island and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and an espresso machine. The kitchen has a dining table for 8 people. Next to the kitchen there is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs. Villa la Douce Vince has a spacious modern furnished living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, cozy seating areas, TV, Apple TV and Wifi.
The 4 spacious bedrooms are all located on the ground floor, which can be reached via a few steps from the living room. Bedroom 5 is accessible from the outside and all bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and tiolet. All rooms have an attractive Provencal (en pierre) design, air conditioning and ample closet space. Furthermore, the windows are fitted with insect screens and shutters.
