EXTERIOR
Villa Genêt d’Or enjoys a beautiful and peaceful setting, surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of Lorgues. The fully fenced property is accessed through an electric gate and offers ample parking beneath a pergola, keeping your car comfortably shaded even on warm summer days.
The landscaped garden has been thoughtfully designed with several terraces that flow naturally into one another. Mature trees, Mediterranean planting and neatly maintained hedges create a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. Throughout the garden you will find a variety of inviting seating areas, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade at any time of day.
The private swimming pool is tucked away in its own secluded part of the garden, offering excellent privacy for a refreshing swim or a relaxing afternoon on one of the sun loungers. For those who enjoy a little friendly competition, there is a pétanque court and a table tennis table. Large French doors connect the villa to the spacious covered terrace, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, long outdoor dinners or simply unwind on a warm Provençal evening.
INTERIOR
With more than 200 m² of living space, Villa Genêt d’Or offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Recently built, the villa combines a practical layout with high-quality finishes and tasteful furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The entrance hall leads into the spacious living room, where comfortable sofas are arranged around the fireplace. There is also a dedicated workspace for guests who need to work remotely or stay connected during their stay. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and, together with the cosy breakfast bar and atmospheric fireplace, creates a wonderful space to cook, enjoy an aperitif or gather for long meals. French doors open directly onto the generous covered terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find three tastefully decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan, mosquito screens and blackout curtains to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Particular attention has been paid to sleeping comfort, with generous Auping box-spring beds in every room. The spacious master bedroom also features a walk-in dressing room.
The villa offers two bathrooms: one with a shower and washbasin, and a second, more luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and double washbasin. A separate toilet is conveniently located on the landing.

Villa Genêt d’Or is located just 3.5 kilometres from the charming centre of Lorgues, one of the most sought-after villages in the Provence Verte. Here you’ll find an inviting mix of excellent restaurants, authentic cafés, boutique shops and the renowned Provençal market held every Tuesday morning, where local delicacies, regional produce and artisan products take centre stage.
From the villa, you can step straight into the beautiful surrounding countryside. The area is characterised by rolling vineyards, olive groves and quiet country lanes, making it ideal for scenic walks and cycling tours. Food and wine lovers will also feel right at home, with numerous renowned wineries and excellent restaurants just a short drive away.
