EXTERIOR
Villa Genêt d’Or enjoys a peaceful setting amidst the vineyards and olive groves surrounding Lorgues. The fully enclosed property is accessed through an electric gate and offers ample parking beneath a pergola, keeping your car comfortably shaded during the warm summer months.
The beautifully landscaped garden has been thoughtfully designed with several terraces that flow naturally into one another. Elegant Mediterranean planting, mature trees and neatly maintained hedges create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Throughout the garden, you’ll find several comfortable seating areas where you can relax in the sun or retreat to a shaded spot at any time of the day.
The private swimming pool is tucked away in a secluded part of the garden, offering complete privacy for a refreshing swim or a relaxing afternoon on one of the sun loungers. For those who enjoy a little friendly competition, the villa also features a pétanque court and a table tennis table. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall leading to the bright and comfortable living room, centred around a cosy fireplace. A separate workspace is also available for guests who wish to work remotely or stay connected during their holiday.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and, together with the welcoming breakfast bar and feature fireplace, forms the heart of the home – an ideal place to prepare meals, enjoy an aperitif or gather for long, relaxed dinners. Large French doors provide direct access to the generous covered terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend effortlessly. A separate guest toilet is also located on this floor.
On the first floor are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom features a walk-in dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. The villa also offers a second bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and double washbasin. A separate toilet is located on the landing.

Villa Genêt d’Or is located just 3.5 kilometres from the charming centre of Lorgues, one of the most sought-after villages in the Provence Verte. Here you’ll find an inviting mix of excellent restaurants, authentic cafés, boutique shops and the renowned Provençal market held every Tuesday morning, where local delicacies, regional produce and artisan products take centre stage.
From the villa, you can step straight into the beautiful surrounding countryside.
