Villa Font Du Roux is a spacious villa for 8-10 people with a large heated indoor pool of 12×6 meters and an outdoor jacuzzi (can be set to 38°C, Red Cedar Hot Tub) on a large terrace with stunning views of the garden and the mountains beyond.
The pool is a heated indoor pool, allowing it to be used throughout the year. In the summer, the pool doors can be fully opened, creating a pleasant connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Next to the pool, there is a spacious sauna. Outside, in addition to the jacuzzi, there is a large sun terrace with plenty of loungers and seating areas. The villa is situated on a fenced plot of 6000m2 and features a beautifully landscaped garden with many large olive trees, a pond, and several blooming plants. There is also a large terrace in front of the house with a built-in BBQ.

EXTERIOR
Villa Font du Roux is a spacious villa for 10 people with a large covered indoor pool of 12×6 meters. The pool is heated and can be used throughout the year. In the summer, the doors of the pool can be fully opened, creating a pleasant connection between inside and outside. The door between the living room and the hallway to the pool can be completely closed, making it safe for small children.
Next to the pool is a spacious sauna for 4 people. Outside, there is also a jacuzzi (Red Cedar Hot Tub) and a large sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and seating. You can control the temperature of the jacuzzi yourself, and it is a unique experience to enjoy the view over the garden and the mountains with a glass of wine.
The villa is situated on a fenced plot of 6000 m2 with a beautifully landscaped garden, large olive trees, a pond, and beautiful flowering plants. There is a large terrace in front of the house with a dining table for 10 people and a built-in charcoal barbecue.
There is an automatic entrance gate and ample parking space for about 5 cars. Next to the house is a large garage where a car can be parked, and there is a carport.
INTERIOR
Every room in the house has large doors to the sunny terrace at the front, creating an open atmosphere in the villa and providing a fantastic view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the valley. The house has a surface area of 350 m2 and features a spacious living room with a fireplace and a TV with international channels. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a large stove with 4 induction hobs and an integrated grill plate, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and an espresso coffee machine. In the utility room, there is a second refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m by 2.00 m, and there is an additional large master bedroom on the first floor with a bed of 1.80 m by 2.10 m. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower and a bathtub in one of the bathrooms.
The other two bedrooms are located in the adjacent apartment, which is also accessible from the garage. This apartment has its own kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. In the living room of the apartment, there is a comfortable sofa bed, making the house suitable for 10 people.
Air conditioning is available throughout the entire house, both in the main building and in the apartment.
