Villa Eden is characterized by Provençal charm. The wealth of Mediterranean plants, such as bougainvillea and palms, is truly impressive. The materials are also typical of the region, featuring a pool house with wooden roof beams, natural stone arches on the covered terrace of the house, and terracotta floors in the living room, among others.
The outdoor area spans 5000m², is fully enclosed, and is suitable for dogs. The pool, with its natural stone terrace and numerous sun loungers, measures 11 by 5 meters and slopes from a depth of 1 to 2 meters.
You can enjoy dining in the pool house, which also features a pizza oven and a plancha grill. A wooden table with matching chairs accommodates the entire group. Additionally, the house itself has terraces with amenities for dining, having a drink, reading a book in the cozy seating areas, or playing a game of foosball with friends. A large lawn by the house and, not to forget, the breathtaking elevated view, create a magical feeling of freedom.
The house is laid out as follows:
- An open Provençal kitchen with all the amenities, including an American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and gas stove.
- A large living room with a seating area, comfortable sofas, a TV, and a beautiful wooden dining table with 8 modern chairs.
- A spacious bedroom with a chocolate-colored wall and a double bed. The room has its own bathroom with a bathtub and a single sink.
- A second bedroom with a double bed.
- A third bedroom with two single beds.
- These two bedrooms share the blue bathroom, equipped with a double sink, a bathtub with a shower option, and a toilet.
- The upper floor has another bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom (with double sinks and a walk-in shower).
- There are a total of 3 toilets in the house.
