EXTERIOR
Villa Christel is situated on a flat terrain of 1000m2 and features a stunning heated private pool measuring 8*4 meters (sloping to a depth of 1.80m), equipped with a safety alarm for non-swimming children.
There are both open and covered terraces with ample garden furniture, including an electric plancha. Under the covered terrace, you’ll find a large dining table. Surrounding the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the villa, there is a Petanque court, and there is space to park 3 cars, with one able to fit into the garage. Bicycles are also available for rent and present in the villa. The garden is fully fenced and closed with an access gate.
INTERIOR
The villa has a living area of 140m2 and features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area equipped with a flat-screen TV (international channels), an iPod player, and a DVD player. Sliding doors in the living room provide access to the spacious terrace around the pool. From the kitchen, there is a door leading to the covered terrace with a dining table.
In the living room, there is a large dining table for 6 people, allowing for ample space for dining. The property is equipped with wireless internet (WiFi).
The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Air conditioning is present in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed of 160*200, and one bedroom has two single beds of 90*200. The master bedroom’s bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and sink, with a separate toilet in the hallway. A washing machine and ironing board with an iron are provided.

Approximately 35 minutes from Lorgues, you’ll discover the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, perfect for activities like rock climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, and pedal boating.
