Villa Cécile is an attractive villa for up to 8 people with a fenced private pool. The house is conveniently located about 800m from the center of Draguignan, here are numerous restaurants and nice shops. It has its own flat terrain of 820 m2, which is completely enclosed by a fence and an electric gate.
The terrace, garden and swimming pool are south facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day. The pool is enclosed with a fence, so there is optimal safety, if you are with small children. There is a large covered terrace (40m2) with 2 dining tables and a beautiful lawn in front of the house with a playground for children.
There is a gas plancha and an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, which can also be used as a barbecue.
The house is very nicely decorated with many light colors. The living room has a spacious sitting area with fireplace and is equipped with Wifi.
The living room has a dining table with seating for 8 people, adjacent is the half open kitchen with all amenities. In the separate utility room is a special wine refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board with bolt.
Also for the children there is almost everything available, a cot, bouncer, potty and various children’s games.
There are 4 nicely furnished bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 1 with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one with bathtub. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. The entire house has air conditioning (Reversible) which can cool and heat.
