Description
Villa Cécile is a charming villa for up to 8 people with a fenced private pool. The holiday home is conveniently located about 800 meters from the center of Draguignan, where numerous restaurants and charming shops can be found. It has its own flat terrain of 820 m2, fully enclosed with a fence and an electric entrance gate.
The terraces and the pool are south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. The pool is fenced for optimal safety, especially if you are with small children. There is a large covered terrace (40m2) with two dining tables and a small lawn in front of the house with a playset for the children.
There is a gas plancha and an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, which can also be used as a barbecue.

The property is beautifully decorated with many light colors. The living room features a spacious seating area with a fireplace and is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the living room, there is a dining table with seating for 8 people, adjacent to the semi-open kitchen equipped with all conveniences. In the separate utility room, there is a special wine cooler, a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron.
For children, nearly everything is provided, including a crib, a bouncer, a potty, and various children’s games.
There are 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds. The property has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the hallway. The entire property is equipped with reversible air conditioning that can cool and heat.

Location
The holiday home is within walking distance of the center of Draguignan (800m), the capital of Var. Here, you can find various charming restaurants and shops. From the garden, you have a view of the old town center.
In the vicinity, there are numerous wine châteaux and renowned Provencal markets. Highly recommended are the Saturday morning market in Draguignan and the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Fréjus and St. Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyères are all reachable within 1 hour.
**ACTIVITIES**
The house is ideally situated for a wide range of activities, such as kayaking in the Argens (10 min), cycling/mountain biking, and hiking through the nearby vineyards. You can play golf (3 golf courses in the area), tennis, and go horseback riding. About 35 minutes away, you’ll find the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, perfect for rock climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, pedal boating, and more. The beach and the sea are accessible within 45 minutes.
In the vicinity (up to 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, cross-country skiing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, horseback riding, water sports.
**RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE**
There are many Provencal bistros and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. A notable attraction is the restaurant Bruno in Lorgues, widely known as “The Truffle King.” You can enjoy a glass of rosé in a medieval setting, sitting on an appealing terrace under the plane trees. The area is also characterized by numerous old wine estates where you can taste and purchase wine. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must-visit.
