Villa Casaou is a Provençal characteristic villa with a beautiful pool, shaped like an old basin with a wide walk-in staircase. Next to the pool and the main building are two additional completely identical studios, with a couch downstairs and a double bed upstairs and their own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
The nice composition of the main building and the various annex buildings create pleasant drinking and sitting areas. The pool house with a cosy corner for apero, is equipped with an outdoor shower and a toilet. There is also a comfortable lounge set next to the living room overlooking the garden and a covered outdoor kitchen with gas plancha, pizza oven and large dining table.
The main house has a spacious living area with living area, dining area and semi-open kitchen, as well as an additional comfortable TV room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Location
Villa Casaou is located just outside the center of the village of Le luc en Provence. The bakery, some cafes and the post office can be found at 1200 meters, within walking distance. There are also several supermarkets, such as Lidl, Intermarche, and the large Leclerc supermarket less than 2.5 km away. In the vicinity, there are also numerous daytime activities including cultural trips such as a visit to the many wine chateaux, The Abbey of Le Thoronet, child-friendly trips such as ZooParc du Cannet des Maures, Aoubre adventure park and of course you have very nice hiking and mountainbike trails in the many nearby natural parks. The highway entrance is also close by at a 3 km distance, making the cities of Cannes, Nice and Aix en Provence reachable within an hour. This highway can be slightly heard from the house but in summertime the vegetation and the singing of the crickets drown it down. The beaches of st Maxime, Frejus and st Tropez are a 40 to 55 minute drive from the property. A great base to enjoy your holiday.
