**EXTERIOR**
Villa Bernard is an attractively furnished and highly complete villa for 8 people with a heated private pool. Outside, you can enjoy the heated private pool, surrounded by spacious sun terraces with ample sunbeds and umbrellas. The beautifully landscaped garden with lavender, oleander, fruit trees, and a large lawn also features a petanque court. An electric barbecue is provided for preparing delicious meals.
**INTERIOR**
The Provençal and luxurious villa accommodates 8 people and is located on a fenced plot of 4000 m2, featuring a heated private pool. Upon entering, you’ll find a large entrance/hall with a guest toilet. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and gas hob. The utility room houses a second fridge, a wine cooler, and a washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living room with a fireplace, beamed ceiling, TV with Dutch channels, and a stereo system. On the first floor, there are 4 spacious double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom is located on the landing and includes a shower, sink, and a separate toilet. There is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the living room.
If desired, the pool can be heated in the spring and autumn. In the summer, the pool water naturally reaches a delightful temperature.

The gite is near Lorgues (2 kms), where you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher’s, fishmongers, grocer’s as well as restaurants and cafés). Nearby there are plenty of chateaux and historic buildings to visit. Don’t miss the local markets, like that of Lorgues on Tuesday mornings. The beaches of Fréjus and St Tropez are 35km away (Frejus 30 minutes drive, Sainte Maxime 40 minutes). Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers are an hour’s drive.
