Villa Bernard is a Provençal style villa and can sleep 8 people. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fire place and exposed beams. The kitchen is very well equipped. The living room leads onto a large terrace. The 4000m² garden is lovely and has a lot of flowers.
In the fenced garden there is a 10x5m heated swimming pool surrounded by a paved terrace.

EXTERIOR
The gite is near Lorgues (2 kms), where you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher’s, fishmongers, grocer’s as well as restaurants and cafés). Nearby there are plenty of chateaux and historic buildings to visit. Don’t miss the local markets, like that of Lorgues on Tuesday mornings. The beaches of Fréjus and St Tropez are 35km away (Frejus 30 minutes drive, Sainte Maxime 40 minutes). Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers are an hour’s drive.
INTERIOR
This Provençal style villa sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the first floor. The master bedroom has an own bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The 2nd bathrooom is on the overflow and has a shower, wash basin and separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a TV, stereo, dvd, wifi internet, fire place and exposed beams. The kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove and a Nespresso and regular coffee machine. The utility room has an extra refrigerator, wine refrigerator and washing machine. The sitting room leads onto a large terrace. In the fenced garden there is a heated (26 degrees) 10x5m swimming pool surrounded by a paved terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The 4000m² garden has been well-planted and has an electric barbecue. All in all a tastefully decorated villa.
In spring and autumn it is possible to heat the pool to 26C for a supplement of € 50 per week. In summer the pool has a nice temperature from the sun.
