By a narrow side road you come higher up to an electric gate where you drive into the driveway of Villa Beau Site. There is space for several cars within the fence.
The villa is set on 1200m2 of land, which are partially fenced as the end of the garden is unwired where it joins a lower level plot. The greenery in the garden is overwhelming in the summer and offers a lot of privacy. The variety of flowers and plants is enormous, with palms, wisteria, mimosa…
The pool is bean-shaped and measures 11 by 4 m, with a depth of 1.9 m. There is a beach at the pool with a depth of 40 cm. Ideal for the children or to relax on the edge of the pool. A new wooden terrace is been laid around the pool. Next to it shadow is been created by a biothermal pergola, which is a covered terrace with an adjustable shade system.
The authentic villa consists of 2 floors which are completely at the disposal of the tenants.
The ground floor is characterized by a cozy and covered outdoor terrace, adjacent to the kitchen and living room. From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and of the pool terrace, located just a little lower.
The villa has an area of 150 m² and consists of a cozy open space with a large dining table and sitting area with comfortable leather seats. A classic interior maintains the authentic style of the home. You reach the upper floor via an open staircase next to the sitting area. The stairs are equipped with a child gate, so that you as a family with young children do not have to worry.
Both the kitchen and the living room open onto the terrace with French doors. The kitchen is very sunny and bright and equipped with all the necessities to prepare a delicious meal, ranging from an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, freezer and all kinds of small kitchen equipment.
Once upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms , each foreseen of airconditioning and with a view of the garden and the pool terrace, located to the south. Two bedrooms have a double bed of 160×200 cm and have sufficient cupboard space. A third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, single sink and bidet. The other bathroom has a shower and sink.
There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and the first floor.
The house is a traditional construction with solid walls so it transmits less heat and stays cooler during the summer.

Villa Beau Site is located on a country flat road that leads directly to the center of Lorgues. Only the side road to the villa is steep and cannot be done by bicycle, for example. Apart from that, it’s an excellent cycling route to visit the center of Lorgues or continue cycling along the Train de Pignes, which is also flat and offers wonderful landscapes. The center can also be reached on foot, as the distance is only 1.5 km.
The nearby villages, for example Flayosc and Cotignac, are also worth a visit.
A day trip to the sea, with St-Tropez and St-Maxime as real attractions, is easy to organize from here. The same applies to the beautiful natural region of the Verdon, with countless relaxation options.
