The 10 by 5-meter swimming pool provides a depth of 1.70 meters and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and 2 large parasols for ample shade.
There is a spacious covered terrace, accessible via the French doors from the living room and the kitchen. Under the covered terrace, you’ll find a large dining table with chairs and a large gas barbecue. In the charmingly landscaped garden, there are various seating areas where you can relax with a glass of local rosé, while enjoying delights from the largest Provençal market in the region in Lorgues.

The house is surrounded by olive trees, which provide plenty of shade in the warm summer, and there are many fragrant colorful flowers and plants. The house is completely fenced and offers ample parking for 3 cars. In short, an ideal place for a wonderful holiday in Provence.
Villa Beate is a typical Provencal villa 1.5 km from the lively village Lorgues. The furnishing is light and of a good standard. From the bright living room with a large dining table, TV, fireplace and sitting area, you enter the covered terrace through the French doors. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher. For a well-chilled glass of rosé, there is a wine fridge and an ice making machine.
This holiday home has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning for a good night’s sleep: 2 bedrooms are located in the house and the third bedroom is accessible through the garden. Both bedrooms in the house have their own bathroom. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom with a bath with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom with a bath with shower, double sinks and a toilet. The third bedroom is separately accessible via the covered terrace and has a private bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
