**EXTERIOR**
In the fully enclosed Mediterranean garden, you’ll find the saltwater pool measuring 9x4m, equipped with an electric roller shutter for safety, making it suitable and secure for families with small children. The beautifully landscaped garden offers complete privacy and stunning views of the adjacent natural area with umbrella pines. Additionally, the pool is heated (to a minimum of 26°C) from May to mid-October, allowing you to enjoy swimming even in the early and late seasons! Just 25 km away lies the coast and the charming coastal town of Ste Maxime. The village square of Vidauban, 3.5 km away, is lively with various restaurants and terraces.
**INTERIOR**
The villa features four bedrooms with air conditioning, ensuring a good night’s sleep during the warm summer months. There are three bathrooms, one with a double sink and bathtub, and the other two with showers, one of which has a rain shower. Additionally, there are three toilets in the house.
The luxurious semi-open kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, American fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, citrus press, and Senseo coffee machine. A wide selection of tableware is available for optimal cooking.
The spacious living room has a large dining table for 8 people, a seating area with sat/smart TV, DVD player, stereo, and internet (wifi). For children, there is a play area with various toys and a PlayStation 2 with various games.
To fully enjoy the sun, comfortable sun loungers are placed around the pool. If you prefer the shade, you can relax in the lounge chairs in the pool house or find a spot under the trees!
Additional facilities include a charcoal barbecue, a pizza oven, a ping pong table, and a boules court for sports enthusiasts.
