Mas VeroVert is an attractive holiday home for up to two adults and one or two children near the Provençal village of Lorgues,. It has astonishing views over the countryside to the coastal Roquebrune sur Argens in the distance. The house is South-facing and you can sunbathe in complete privacy on one of its many terraces. The neighbouring houses are at a fair distance and not overlooking this 3-hectare property. You can enjoy a large 5 x 11.5 meter swimming pool.

EXTERIOR
Mas VeroVert is set on a big plot of 3 hectares (30,000m2), cleverly terraced for a charming layout. The front terrace offers a welcoming space with a dining table and barbecue, providing stunning views of the vineyards of Château Roubine and Domaine Ott. In the distance, the scenic red peak of Roquebrune enhances the picturesque landscape. Enjoy outdoor activities on the petanque court or unwind in one of the cozy seating areas. The 5.5 by 11.5-meter saltwater* pool area features four sunbeds, perfect for relaxation. Located about 2 km from the center of Lorgues on the Chemin de Train des Pignes, an old railway line turned cycling path, providing a delightful and mostly hill-free route to Lorgues and Flayosc. The central location makes Mas VeroVert an ideal base for exploring the region.
* Note regarding the saltwater pool: Although the pool operates with a saltwater system, it may be necessary to temporarily add chlorine tablets during the hottest summer months. Extreme heat and heavy use (such as frequent swimming and the use of sunscreen) can reduce the system’s efficiency and impact water quality.
INTERIOR
Mas VeroVert is a charming natural stone house designed for up to 2 adults and two children. Renovated while preserving its old-world charm, the entrance from the spacious terrace leads to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a combination washer/dryer with an ironing board.
A cozy sitting room with a wood stove, a double sofa, and a single sofa bed is located to the left of the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen, the spacious living room features a large dining table and a grand fireplace. The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning for both cooling and heating. Amenities for families include a crib, toddler bed, and a high chair.
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers a queen-size bed (1.60 by 2.00 meters) and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and sink. The landing hosts a single bed (0.85 by 2.00 meters).

Geweldige week!
We hebben met ons gezin van 2 volwassenen, 1 kind en hond een hele fijne week gehad. Locatie is top. Leuk dorp met genoeg eetgelegenheden. Leuke markt op dinsdag. Huis had alles wat in de omschrijving stond en het zwembad was schoon, omheind en heerlijk verkoelend. Ontvangst was ook goed met een Nederlands sprekende gastheer. We boeken zeker nogmaals via Qhome!

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Rustig in een groene omgeving. Huis zelf heeft niet veel luxe maar voor ons hoeft dat ook niet.

Een aanrader
Een aanrader, prachtig sfeervol huis in een erg mooie omgeving. Een fietshemel voor de wielrenner, Een prachtig landschap waar oude dorpen ingebed liggen in bos, wijngaarden en olijfbomen. Bezoek strand goed te doen vanaf Lorgues, wel 1 uur reistijd. Lorgues zelf ook een prettig plaatsje met een leuke weekmarkt en gezellige restaurantjes met terras.
