Mas De Giraud is a charming, authentic house of 50 m2 for 2 people, featuring a spacious living/bedroom, bathroom, and dining room/kitchen. From the house and the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Cotignac, and the adjacent olive grove enhances the delightful rural atmosphere while keeping you close to the lively center. In the garden, there is an authentic water basin measuring 2.00m by 1.50m with spring water (equipped with a filtration system) that has been transformed into a spa for a refreshing experience in the summer.
UPDATE: A separate bedroom is currently being added at the level of the living room. The bedroom will have a fixed double bed. The construction will be completed by the high season of 2024. Photos will be provided as soon as possible.

EXTERIOR
Mas de Giraud is a beautiful detached townhouse just 300m from the center of Cotignac, offering an exceptionally picturesque view of the village and the cave dwellings on the opposite side of the village.
The delightful garden, approximately 400m2, is adorned with numerous flowers and plants and features a covered terrace with a spacious dining table, several sunbeds, and a Gas BBQ. Adjacent to the house is an authentic water basin measuring 2.00m by 1.50m with a filtration system, providing a refreshing spot to cool off in the summer. The basin is filled from the spring, offering clear and beautiful water.
From the house and the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village of Cotignac, and the olive grove in front places you right in the center while experiencing the delightful rural Provencal feeling. There’s also an additional covered terrace with a spacious dining table, sunbeds, and a gas BBQ.
Approximately 50m away, there is a large parking lot for the residents of this street, where you can park your car. Since the parking lot is exclusively for residents, there is always space available.
INTERIOR
Mas de Giraud is a cozy detached townhouse of approximately 50m2 for 2 people. The house is entirely constructed of natural stone and recently renovated, boasting a very authentic character. The interior is warmly decorated.
The layout of the house is as follows: On street level, there is a charming living room with a seating area, TV, and WIFI internet, providing a view of the village of Cotignac. There is a full-sized 2 x 1 person bed in the living room that can be folded away into a custom-made closet. The sofa in the living room is a very comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a full double bed. On the same floor, there is a separate bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Located on the ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, is the dining area with a 4-person dining table and an open kitchen. The kitchen is built into the vaults of the old building, with a standing height of approximately 1.85m, and is equipped with a ceramic hob with 4 burners, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine. On this level, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning or have an evening aperitif with the stunning view of the famous cave dwellings of Cotignac.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, and there are insect screens on the windows.
Arrival and departure day is on a Friday.
(In the spring and fall, arrival day on Saturday is also possible upon agreement)
