Mas De Giraud is a cosy fully renovated house of 50 m2 for 2 people with a spacious living / bedroom, bathroom and dining room / kitchen. From the house and the garden there is a magnificent view on the village of Cotignac and the underlying olive grove makes you sit right in the center and enjoy nature. Next to the house is an old water basin for a delicious refreshment in the summer.
The backery, restaurants and terraces are at a 3 minutes walk from the house. There is a covered terrace with large dining table, a number of sun beds and an old water basin of 2.00m to 1.50m where in summer you can cool off in.

INTERIOR
Mas de Giraud is a cosy detached town house of about 50m2 for 2 persons. The stone house has been entirely renovated a few years ago giving it a very authentic character and modern inside ameneties. The house is very nicely decorated.
The property is divided as follows: on street floor a cosy living room with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi and views on the garden and the village Cotignac. The wall bed in the living room is a very comfortable two single beds which you can change in a full double bed. There is also a sofa and a wardrobe. On the same floot is a bathroom with sink, toilet and Italian shower. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and storage area with the washer and the dining area with a table for 4 persons with a view of the garden and village. The kitchen has a height of 1.85m and is equipped with a ceramic hob with 4 burners, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
At that level you can also enjoy a small garden at the base of the outside stairs for morning breakfast or evening happy hour with a fantastic view of the cave houses.
There is air conditioning in the house and screens on the windows to keep out insects.
EXTERIOR
Mas de Giraud is a beautiful detached house, situated in a very quiet area, only 300m from the center of Cotignac with an exceptional view on the village and the cave houses on the other side of the village.
There is a lovely garden of about 400m2 with a covered terrace with large dining table, some sunbeds and there is also a gas BBQ. Next to the house is an old water basin of 2.00m to 1.50m where in summer you can cool off in. The old basin is filled from the source and has clear water.
From the house and the garden there is a magnificent view on the village of Cotignac and the underlying olive grove makes you sit right in the center and enjoy nature.
At about 50 meters is a large parking area for the residents of the street where you can park your car. Because the parking space is only for residents there is always place.
