**EXTERIOR**
Maison d’Oliveira is a spacious villa accommodating up to 8 people and 1 baby, featuring a large fenced and heated private pool of 10x5m, including a shallow area of 2x2m, ideal for families with children.
Situated on a fenced plot of 1200m2, the villa is very child-friendly with a flat garden, a large lawn, and a pool that can be closed off with a fence, making it ideal for small children. The “plage,” the shallow part of the pool measuring 2×2 meters, is delightful for both children and adults. Surrounding the pool is a tiled terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella. There is a charcoal BBQ and a pizza oven. The property offers ample parking space and a garage.
The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee in the spring and fall. In July and August, the pool water naturally reaches a delightful temperature.
The property shares a driveway with the owner’s residence but ensures complete privacy for guests in the entire area with the pool, without any visibility from the owner’s house.
**INTERIOR**
Maison d’Oliveira can accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby. The detached villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious living room with international TV channels, DVD player, radio/CD player, fireplace, and a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, and a 3-burner ceramic cooktop.
On the ground floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, including 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and a separate toilet. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet. The living room and the bedroom on the first floor are air-conditioned. Additionally, there is a washing machine, ironing board, iron, crib, and high chair available.

ACTIVITIES
There are several activities near Maison d’Oliveira. For the biking and walking enthusiasts there is of course the famous natural park of the plaine des maures.
The beaches on the Mediterranean sea and the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon are only 35 km away. In Lorgues and the surrounding medieval villages you will find interesting antiquities but also the attractive antique markets, you can feel the atmosphere of terraces below the characteristic ancient plane trees and the hospitable restaurateur with his famous Provencal cuisine.
The area has attractive possibilities for lovers of golf, hiking, canoeing, swimming, sailing, horseback riding.
RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE
There are numerous bistros and restaurants in the area. The atmospheric café terraces are just the place to enjoy a glass of rosé under shady plane trees. There are plenty of local vineyards where the owners are happy to give you a tasting of their wines.
