Les Terrasses du Midi is an elegant, classic villa where space and tranquility take center stage. The house is spread over two comfortable living levels, while the garden unfolds in multiple terraces descending the slope. Each part of the grounds has its own atmosphere, making it ideal for spending time with family or friends while still enjoying plenty of privacy.
Upon entering, you walk to the right towards the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A small bar naturally separates the kitchen from the inviting living room with fireplace and TV—a wonderful place to gather after a day of exploring. To the left of the entrance are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A staircase leads down to two exceptionally large bedrooms, also each with a private bathroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on warm summer days.
Through the electric entrance gate, a wide paved driveway leads you to the villa. The garden is playfully and beautifully laid out on several levels, allowing you to enjoy different spots throughout the property. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or lingering through long summer evenings. A little further down you’ll find a pétanque court and a ping-pong table for those who enjoy a bit of active fun. One level lower, the swimming pool beckons, surrounded by sun loungers and cozy seating areas—perfect for relaxing with a book or a refreshing drink. For safety, the pool is fitted with a roller shutter.
The fully enclosed garden features a large driveway with space for several cars, offering comfort and privacy for a carefree holiday. And as an extra treat: the lively village of Lorgues, where you can walk in the morning to buy fresh croissants, is just a short stroll away.

The surroundings of Lorgues offer a wide range of activities such as pedal boating, horseback riding, canoeing, beautiful hiking trails, climbing, golfing, quad biking, and gliding.
Together with the lively Provençal villages in the region, it is perfectly situated for enjoying wonderful day trips.
In Lorgues you will find all the amenities you need, including shops, markets, excellent restaurants, and inviting terraces.
Beach lovers can reach the coast in just 40 minutes (Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus).
Nice Airport is a 60-minute drive away. The famous seaside resort of Saint-Tropez can be reached in about 55 minutes, and the beautiful university city of Aix-en-Provence is only 75 minutes away.
Also well worth a visit are the stunning Gorges du Verdon (45 minutes), with the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the colorful lavender fields.
