Les Terrasses du Midi is an elegant, classic villa where space and tranquility take center stage. The house is spread over two comfortable living levels, while the garden unfolds in multiple terraces descending the slope. Each part of the grounds has its own atmosphere, making it ideal for spending time with family or friends while still enjoying plenty of privacy.
Upon entering, you walk to the right towards the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A small bar naturally separates the kitchen from the inviting living room with fireplace and TV—a wonderful place to gather after a day of exploring. To the left of the entrance are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A staircase leads down to two exceptionally large bedrooms, also each with a private bathroom. Due to the various levels and steps in and around the property, Les Terrasses du Midi is particularly suitable for guests who are steady on their feet.
All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on warm summer days.
Through the electric entrance gate, a wide paved driveway leads you to the villa. The garden is playfully and beautifully laid out on several levels, allowing you to enjoy different spots throughout the property. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or lingering through long summer evenings. A little further down you’ll find a pétanque court and a ping-pong table for those who enjoy a bit of active fun. One level lower, the swimming pool beckons, surrounded by sun loungers and cozy seating areas—perfect for relaxing with a book or a refreshing drink. The surroundings of Lorgues offer a wide range of activities such as pedal boating, horseback riding, canoeing, beautiful hiking trails, climbing, golfing, quad biking, and gliding.
Together with the lively Provençal villages in the region, it is perfectly situated for enjoying wonderful day trips.
In Lorgues you will find all the amenities you need, including shops, markets, excellent restaurants, and inviting terraces.
Beach lovers can reach the coast in just 40 minutes (Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus).
Nice Airport is a 60-minute drive away. The famous seaside resort of Saint-Tropez can be reached in about 55 minutes, and the beautiful university city of Aix-en-Provence is only 75 minutes away.
Also well worth a visit are the stunning Gorges du Verdon (45 minutes), with the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the colorful lavender fields.

Een heerlijk huis!
Jullie hebben een héérlijk huis op een prachtige plek (op loopafstand van Lorgues) en meer dan ruim genoeg voor ons en onze twee (volwassen) zonen :). We vinden dat jullie het huis zeer smaakvol hebben ingericht en (heel belangrijk) de bedden zijn fantastisch!
Maar wat een uitzicht en wat een rust hier, erg genieten!!
Dat geldt overigens ook voor het zwembad, erg prettig!
We hebben in jullie prachtige villa genoten van een heerlijke vakantie!
Het huis is prachtig, luxueus en zeer smaakvol ingericht met mooi materiaal en stijlvolle kleuren. De grote tuin met uitgebreide bomen (en schaduw) is een genot! Evenals het zwembad.
In de omgeving hebben we genoten van de markt in Lorgues, enkele caves en restaurants wat wijder naar de kust.
Hartelijk dank dat we in jullie prachtige huis mochten verblijven!

We hebben volop genoten van alles wat jullie prachtige villa en deze plek te bieden heeft.
De ruimte, de zeer comfortabele inrichting, de mooie terrassen: het was geweldig!
En niet te vergeten het zwembad! Heerlijk water (zout!) en de fijne zonneschermen en ligstoelen. De inrichting (zo stijlvol en leuk), alle faciliteiten, het maakte dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. En de gastvrijheid omdat we zo’n beetje alle faciliteiten mochten gebruiken maakte dat we ons ook erg welkom voelden.
Mooi huis, goede locatie, maar kan op onderdelen een kleine upgrade gebruiken.
Sterke punten:
– Op een goede en leuke locatie (dichtbij centrum Lorgues) staat dit fijne huis.
– De formaten van de slaapkamers en bedden zijn uitstekend
– Het huis heeft overal airco; dat is een absoluut pluspunt.
Op onderdelen kan dit huis wel een (kleine)upgrade gebruiken:
– het terras ligt hoog en wordt erg warm. De kwaliteit van de parasols is ronduit belabberd, waardoor overdag op het terras vertoeven niet echt mogelijk of prettig is. Het spannen van een (canvas)doek kan een simpele oplossing zijn bijvoorbeeld;
– de keuken heeft verouderde apparatuur. De vaatwasser gaat amper open en ook de ring rondom de oven laat los.
– het huis mag hier en daar ook wat stucwerk reparaties en/of schilderwerk gebruiken. Kortom het huis mist op sommige punten net de finishing touch.
Let op: in en rondom het huis zijn veel lange(steile) trappen. Dat is mogelijk gevaarlijk voor kleine kinderen en minder handig voor mensen slecht ter been of problemen met heupen/knieën.
Als de upgrade wordt doorgevoerd is een herbezoek zeker een aanbeveling.

Dank voor jullie review. Fijn dat jullie de ligging, ruime slaapkamers en airco zo hebben gewaardeerd. We hebben de aandachtspunten met de eigenaren besproken. Goed om daarbij te vermelden dat de vaatwasser en diverse kleinere apparaten dit jaar zijn vernieuwd en dat de woning recent vrijwel volledig opnieuw is geschilderd. Ook zijn er meerdere parasols aanwezig, waaronder een nieuwe reserveparasol. De woning beschikt inderdaad over meerdere trappen, de steilere trap hoeft niet per sé gebruikt te worden.
Prachtig huis met alle faciliteiten!
Een prachtig huis met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Het huis is gelegen op een rustige locatie met veel privacy, maar dichtbij alle benodigdheden. Perfect!
Er zijn diverse leuke chateaux te bezoeken op paar minuten rijden. Ook voor de avonturiers zijn er voldoende activiteiten in de omgeving!
Ik kom er graag terug!
