Les Terrasses du Midi is an elegant, classic villa where space and tranquility take center stage. The house is spread across two comfortable levels, while the garden cascades downwards in a series of terraces. This gives each part of the grounds its own unique atmosphere—ideal for spending time with family or friends while still maintaining plenty of privacy.
Upon entering, you pass the open-plan kitchen on your right, which is equipped with modern appliances and a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar creates a natural divide between the kitchen and the cozy living room—featuring a fireplace and smart TV—making it a wonderful spot to gather after a day of exploring. To the left of the entrance lie two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A staircase leads down to two additional, exceptionally large bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. Due to the various levels and staircases inside and around the property, Les Terrasses du Midi is best suited for guests with good mobility.
All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. Additionally, the windows in the living room and all bedrooms are fitted with insect screens.
An electric gate opens onto a spacious paved driveway leading to the villa. The garden is beautifully landscaped across multiple levels, offering various spots to enjoy the surroundings. In Lorgues you will find all the amenities you need, including shops, markets, excellent restaurants, and inviting terraces.
Beach lovers can reach the coast in just 40 minutes (Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus).
Nice Airport is a 60-minute drive away. The famous seaside resort of Saint-Tropez can be reached in about 55 minutes, and the beautiful university city of Aix-en-Provence is only 75 minutes away.
Also well worth a visit are the stunning Gorges du Verdon (45 minutes), with the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the colorful lavender fields.

Een prachtig, mooi, schoon en compleet huis op een schitterende en rustige plek.
Een prachtig, mooi, schoon en compleet huis op een schitterende en rustige plek. Fijne, ruime keuken met alles wat nodig is. Ruime slaapkamers met airco, royale comfortabele bedden en een fijne badkamer.
Rondom het huis diverse zitjes, zowel in de zon als in de schaduw, ook bij het zwembad.
Supermarkt op loopafstand. Aanrader is op dinsdag, de grote en gezellige markt in het centrum van Lorgues.
