EXTERIOR
La Guarriguette is a very charming, beautifully located, house for 8 people with an amazing terrace and swimming pool. It is just a few kilometers outside of Lorgues and is surrounded by vineyards. From the terrace and the pool there is a truly fantastic view over a beautiful piece of nature. The private domain is very spacious with its 4825 m2 and you are also completely private there, without any looking in from the road or other houses. This beautiful place immediately gives the good Provence feeling. It is comfortable to lounge in the lounge sofas with a glass of rosé, the sun and the panoramic view.
The pool is 8×4 meters and has a maximum depth of 2.40 m. It can be illuminated at night.
There is a table tennis, plenty of sun loungers and a barbecue.
There is big on-site parking, 2 of which are shaded under a carport.
INTERIOR
The house has a large stylish sitting room equipped with TV (French channels), radio / CD with iPod connection and of course Wi-Fi internet. There is an open kitchen, which overlooks the pool and is fully equipped.
There are also doors from the kitchen and dining room, giving access to the terrace of the pool. From the terrace there is a fantastic view.
On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The doors of the bedrooms open to the terrace and garden. On the first floor we have 2 other double rooms and in the connecting hallway there is an extra bed for a child. The shared bathroom on the first floor has a shower and there is a separate toilet. There is airconditioning in 2 bedrooms.

ACTIVITIES
The house is ideally situated for enjoying a wide variety of activities such as kayaking in the Argens (10 min), cycling / mountain biking and hiking through the nearby vineyards. You can play golf (3 golf courses in the area), tennis and horseback riding.
About 35 minutes away you will find the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, ideal for mountain climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, pedal boating etc. The sea and beach are accessible within 45 minutes.
In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): climbing, swimming, golf, walking, mountain-biking, cycling, riding , water sports, mountain climbing, hang-gliding, para-gliding.
RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE
There are many Provençal bistros and restaurants in the area. Another attraction is the restaurant Bruno in Lorgues, widely known as the truffle king. There are attractive terraces in medieval setting, where you can sit under the plane trees enjoying a glass of rosé or pastis.
Also, the area is characterized by old wine chateaux where you can taste and buy wine at your leasure.
