Park your cars with ease, as there is ample parking space for four to five vehicles.

INTERIOR
The property is a beautiful stone-built house for ten persons, has a living area of 220 m2 and all rooms are air-conditioned.
The spacious kitchen has all the modern facilities: oven, microwave oven, two dishwashers, fridge and freezer, cooker and a Nespresso machine.
In immediate connection with the kitchen is the dining room with a large dining table for ten persons. At the other side are two sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace with a dining table also for ten persons.
There is a large living room with TV, DVD and a fire place. In the hallway is a separate toilet and there is a safe for your valuables.
All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the beds measures 90x 200 cm, which can be used also as double beds. On the ground floor is a master bedroom with bathtub, wash basin and a separate toilet. On the first floor are four bedrooms with a wardrobe and private bathrooms with a shower, basin and toilet. The rooms have a cosy Provençal interior.
EXTERIOR
The beautiful holiday home La Douce Noa is situated 3 kms from the beautiful village of Lorgues, it has 3650 m2 of private grounds with a fabulous view over the Massief des Maures.
It has an heated swimming pool (6x14m), a great terrace around the house with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for 10 persons. There is a ping-pong table, a jeu de boules lane and a plancha, where you can barbecue and a large grassed area around the house for children to play. There are parking spaces for four or five cars on the grounds, which is entirely enclosed with an electric fence.
The villas La Douce Noa and la Douce Vince are situated next to each other.
You could rent both houses with a group of up to 18 people, if available.
Holiday home La Douce Noa is located 3 km from the village of Lorgues, on a private property of 2500m2 and has a magnificent view of the Massif des Maures.
The Provencal village of Lorgues is three kilometers away, where you will find the bakery, butcher, fishmonger, various supermarkets, terraces and restaurants. In the area there are numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. Recommended is the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour.
