Villa La Douce Sylvia is a charming Provençal holiday villa for up to 22 guests, featuring a private pool, a main house and two fully equipped gîtes (l’Orangerie and le Jas) – ideal for larger families or groups of couples travelling together who also appreciate their own privacy.
Situated on a 4000 m² estate with panoramic views over the rolling hills, the property offers a tranquil natural setting just a short distance from authentic southern French villages.
Villa La Douce Sylvia can be rented entirely (for up to 22 guests) or partially (for 10 or 16 guests). There is also the option to rent the neighbouring villa, Bastide du Pin, which shares the driveway and parking, allowing a total capacity of up to 43 guests.

Main House (12 guests, 188 m²)
The main house breathes authenticity with its stone façade, wooden shutters and Provençal charm. Inside, you’ll find a cosy living area with a fireplace, comfortable seating and large windows overlooking the garden and hills. The living and dining space connects to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.).
There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the main house, suitable for 12 guests. All rooms are tastefully decorated with high-quality beds and either ensuite or nearby washbasins/showers. One shared bathroom is also available. The house is fully air-conditioned.
Gîte l’Orangerie (6 guests, 68 m²)
Attached to the main house but with its own entrance and terrace offering panoramic views. Inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, combi oven, fridge/freezer) and dining area for six. A sleeping space with double bed, separate bathroom and WC are on the ground floor. Upstairs, two small bedrooms each offer a double bed. Air conditioning is available on both levels.
Gîte le Jas (4 guests, 53 m²)
A detached gîte located just below the main house next to the pool, also offering wonderful views. The shaded terrace features outdoor furniture. Indoors, a cosy Provençal-style kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, cooktop) is connected to a sleeping nook with double bed. The gîte also has a separate bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a second spacious bedroom with seating area and views of the terrace. Perfect for guests seeking a bit more independence within a group.
All double beds, in both the main house and gîtes, consist of two high-quality single beds (90 x 200 cm).
Outdoor Area & Pool
The 4000 m² estate is a haven of peace, surrounded by nature. The private heated pool (13.5 x 6 metres) is available on request and only outside the high season. It’s centrally located, surrounded by sun loungers, shaded areas and a lounge corner. Each unit has its own outdoor space, ensuring privacy, while a shared terrace allows the group to gather.
A fully equipped play area includes swings, slides, trampoline, ping-pong table and pétanque court with benches.
The long driveway is shared with guests from Bastide du Pin, but separate gates ensure privacy for each villa depending on the rental configuration.

Villa La Douce Sylvia is peacefully located just outside the centre of the lively Provençal village of Lorgues, within walking distance (about 1 km) of bakeries, cafés, restaurants and shops. Located on the Route de Salernes, this area offers a blend of nature, vineyards, and easy access to local amenities.
Lorgues is famous for its large weekly market (Tuesdays), charming squares and excellent dining scene, including the Michelin-starred Restaurant Bruno. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, and wine tasting (e.g. Château de Berne).
The central location in Provence allows for easy day trips to the Mediterranean coast (Sainte-Maxime or Fréjus in ±45 min) or the Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix in just over an hour – perfect for swimming, canoeing and enjoying dramatic natural landscapes.
