The domain of Bastide du Pin is no less than 26000 m². An electric gate gives access to a long driveway leading to the bastide. At the left of the bastide, there is a large parking lot for 10 or more cars. The garden entirely surrounds the bastide and is characterized by the lower area by the pool, which measures 15m by 7.5m and descends from 1m to 2m depth. There is a piece of “plage” for the kids to play in shallow water. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with 16 sunbeds and several umbrellas. A real paradise has been created for the children with a trampoline and a playground with slide and swings. A little further there is also a jeu de boules area. The entire pool area is fenced and lockable with a gate.

A few stairs up lead you to the attractive terrace of the bastide. The terrace has a covered long dining table, BBQ area and ping pong table. The colors of the Provence are omnipresent with typical planting of olive trees and flowers.

The gites are fully separated from the main building through a gate located next to the bastide and each have their own terrace and kitchen and sanitary facilities.

The bastide (max. 21 pers)

The front door takes you into a central hallway with at your left a breakfast corner with beautifully incorporated furniture and coffee facilities. The breakfast corner connects directly to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully adapted to the capacity of the house with several induction hobs, sinks and dishwashers. The refrigerators are also integrated, as are 2 combi ovens. There will be no shortage of kitchen equipment to prepare a delicious meal for everyone. In addition to a connection to the living room, the kitchen also has access to a second staircase.

The living room has a lot of light through the many windows that open onto the terrace with covered long outdoor table. There are several tables inside for dining and a cozy corner with quality sofas and television. There is even a piano for enthusiasts. If you are more into games, there is also a billiard table and air hockey in a room next to the entrance.

The central staircase takes you to the first and second floor where the bedrooms are located. All beds have a standard size of 90 x 200 cm and are arranged per 2 as a double bed. All beds are box springs of good quality. All bedrooms have their own sanitary facility with sink (single or double), shower and/or bath and a separate toilet. There is one exception to this and that concerns 2 communicating bedrooms, on the 2nd floor, with 1 bathroom in the middle. This area is ideal for a family with children. There is one bedroom for 3 persons, with a single bed in addition to the double bed.

There is air conditioning on the 2nd floor (5 bedrooms), 1 room on the first floor and also on the ground floor. Due to the traditional construction of the house, everything can be kept cool. In the heat of the season it is enough to leave the doors of the rooms open so that the first floor also cools down.

Gite l’Orangerie (6 pers)

Linked to the side of the main house there is the Gite l’Orangerie. A separate terrace with dining table and a beautiful view over the hills takes you through French doors into an open space that is serving as a kitchen and dining area. After that you will find a double bed and a separate bathroom and separate toilet. Also here the kitchen is equipped with all necessities and has an induction hob, combi oven and fridge with freezer compartment. There are 6 chairs at the round dining table. An open staircase takes you to the floor where there are 2 smaller bedrooms, but each with a double bed and air conditioning. There is also air conditioning in the living room.

Again ideal for a larger family who appreciates a little bit of privacy from the rest of the group.

Gite le Jas (4 pers)

A detached little house is found only a few steps further down. It also enjoys the view of the hills. The outside terrace has a thatched roof and outdoor furniture. The central room also has a double bed in connection with the kitchen. The kitchen is somewhat Provencal with curtains, but equipped with every comfort such as a dishwasher, fridge and smaller induction hob. If you continue walking from the kitchen, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with single sink, bath and shower. On the other side of the main room there is a large bedroom with its own reading or sitting area and overlooking the terrace of the gite. Practical for people who like to travel together with a group, but enjoy a bit of me(or us)-time now and then.
