This Neo-Provençal newbuilt house is located in a quiet residential area near the center of Draguignan. The land is accessed via an electric gate leading to an open pebbled parking area where you can park several cars.
The single-storey house is located a bit lower and is connected to a stone walkway. The style is immediately apparent. It is a minimalist building with a similar interior, where natural elements were used and everything flows smoothly into each other.
Through the front door you enter directly into the living room. The sleek black kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. There is an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and more.
The original kitchen table with Greek accents fits perfectly with the tone of the seating area and coffee table. The L-shaped sofa is very comfortable and the TV is chromecast so you can put on your beloved Netflix series at a relaxing moment. In addition, there is a Bluetooth connection with 2 large speakers, subtly integrated into the interior.
From the hallway you reach the storage room with washing machine and other practical matters. A little further are the 2 bedrooms, both opening onto the outdoor terrace through a patio door. In addition to the air conditioning, that is present throughout the house, the rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan. The bathroom is also minimalistic in style with an open shower with glass division wall and a single sink. The toilet is a separate room, accessible via the hallway.
Once on the terrace, you will also see the same modern style of garden furniture, from a dining table to a handy sitting area and lounge chairs by the pool. The concrete pool measures 5 by 2 meters and is accessible by stairs. Across the width there is a plage of about 1 meter long and 30 cm deep and the rest has a depth of 120 cm. Nice and refreshing.
The garden is still young and just finished. The view is green and with any look-in.

Casa Petite Papey is very easily connected to the center of the city, but also to everything that takes place in the Var. The center can be reached by bicycle because the connecting road is only slightly inclined.
You can drive north to reach the nature reserve of the Verdon in 45 minutes, with the beautiful lake of Sainte-Croix but also the lavender fields a little further, or south for a day trip to the coast with Sainte-Maxime (and further on Saint-Tropez) and Fréjus as the nearest beaches.
Charming villages such as Flayosc, Lorgues, Cotignac and the many wine chateaus around are certainly worth a visit.
