Bastide du Pin is a beautifully renovated bastide located just outside the centre of Lorgues. Enjoy the comfort of this property, perfect for large groups and families of up to 21 people.
You can rent the main building (or a portion of it). Need even more space? You can book Villa La Douce Sylvia as well, offering space for another 22 guests — for a total capacity of 43. It’s located right next door and shares the same driveway.
Everything has been arranged in a grand and luxurious way, allowing you to experience the best of Provence. The enormous swimming pool, heated on request, sun terrace, children’s playground and boules court are all completely private to Bastide du Pin — a true holiday dream!

Together with Villa La Douce Sylvia, the estate of Bastide du Pin covers a massive 26,000 m². A secure electric gate leads to a long driveway, which is shared between the two villas. Beyond that, each has its own private garden and swimming pool. A spacious parking area can accommodate 10 or more cars. The garden wraps around the house, and the pool area below measures 15 by 7.5 metres, ranging from 1 to 2 metres deep, with a shallow beach zone for kids.
Around the pool: 16 sun loungers, umbrellas, a trampoline, playground with swings and slide, a boules court in the back. The whole pool area is fenced and can be locked for safety.
A staircase leads to a charming terrace with a large covered dining table, BBQ area and ping-pong table. Provençal charm is all around with olive trees and colourful flowers.

The front door opens into a central hallway. On the left, a breakfast corner connects to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups with several induction hobs, sinks, dishwashers, built-in fridges and two combi ovens.
The spacious living room has large windows leading to the terrace. Inside, several dining tables, a cosy lounge area with quality sofas and TV. There’s also a piano and a game room with pool table and air hockey.
The central staircase leads to the upper floors with bedrooms. All beds are high-quality boxsprings (90 x 200 cm) placed in pairs. Each room has a private bathroom with washbasin(s), shower or bath, and separate toilet — except one family suite with 2 connected bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
There’s one triple bedroom with 3 single beds that can be combined as needed.
Air conditioning: 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 on the 1st, and one on the ground floor. Thanks to the traditional build, the house stays naturally cool in summer.

Prefer staying close by? You can walk to the centre of Lorgues with its shops, cafés and the weekly Provençal market on Tuesday. At just 600 m, the Stade J. Turchi multisport complex offers plenty of activity options.
