Bastide Des Amandiers is a very beautiful property with a stunning tropical garden on a private plot of 8800m2, located on a hill just 2 km from the center of Draguignan. The villa is situated in a luxury villa district above the town of Draguignan and boasts phenomenal views over the city. There is a large pool with a walk-in beach, and above the pool is a spacious spa with an integrated fountain, connected to the main pool by a waterfall. The garden provides complete privacy and is adorned with many beautiful flowering plants and palm trees, creating a true paradise. The house is spacious and on the ground floor features a kitchen connected to the dining and living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and is decorated with a very cozy atmosphere.

EXTERIOR
Bastide des Amandiers boasts a beautifully landscaped and fully enclosed garden of 8800m2, providing complete privacy. Through an imposing entrance gate and driveway, you reach the property. There is a garage and parking space for 3 cars. The garden has been lovingly designed and features numerous blooming exotic plants and palm trees, creating a true paradise.
In the garden in front of the property, there is a stunning view over the Draguignan valley. The house is located on a south-facing slope above the city, enjoying sunlight throughout the day. Notably, the three large Mulberry plane trees in the garden provide ample shade for relaxing or dining during the summer.
The property features an enormous pool consisting of two sections connected by a waterfall. The lower pool has an organic shape and is approximately 10x6m with a walk-in beach (ideal for small children). The upper pool is approximately 2.5×2.5 meters and has a fountain in the middle, offering a delightful spot to sit with a magnificent view of the garden and surroundings. Next to the pool, there is an additional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Around the pool, there are 8 sun loungers, and next to the kitchen, there is a covered terrace with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue. Additionally, there is a Petanque court on the property and a large lawn for children to play. A ping-pong table is also available.
INTERIOR
Bastide des Amandiers is a very beautiful and stylishly furnished property near the town of Draguignan. The house is spacious, and on the ground floor, there is a large living room with a round game corner and a second large seating area with a TV (including Dutch channels), radio/CD player, fireplace, and wireless internet. On the other side, there is a spacious dining room with an 8-person dining table. The living room and dining room are air-conditioned and have large sliding glass doors with views over the garden and the pool.
Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, a 6-burner induction cooktop with an oven, steam oven, microwave, slow-cooking/warming drawer, large refrigerator and freezer with an ice machine, a dishwasher, and Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer. An additional refrigerator and TV are present in the outdoor kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with a sliding door to the garden and a beautiful view of the pool. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and double sink. The villa is also equipped with 2 high chairs and cribs for the little ones.
On the lower level, there are three more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is a third bathroom on the ground floor, just next to the living room. Additionally, there is a fourth bathroom by the pool with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The property is equipped with a Sonos sound system, allowing you to play music wirelessly from your phone.

This villa enjoys an extremely tranquil location in a beautiful, upscale residential area above the city of Draguignan. The property is approximately 2 kilometers from the town center, where you can find bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, various supermarkets, terraces, and restaurants. In the vicinity, there are numerous wine chateaux and renowned Provençal markets. The recommended markets include the Saturday morning market in Draguignan and the Tuesday morning market in Lorgues. The beaches of Frejus and St. Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour.
ACTIVITIES
The house is ideally situated to practise a wide range of activities such as kayaking in the Argens (10 min), cycling/mountain biking and hiking through the nearby vineyards. You can play golf (3 golf courses in the vicinity), tennis and horseback riding. Approximately 35 minutes away you will find the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, ideal for mountaineering, mountain biking, canoeing, water bikes etc. Beach and sea are reachable within 45 minutes.
RESTAURANTS, FOOD & WINE
There are many Provencal bistros and restaurants located in the close surrounding area. A special attraction is the restaurant Bruno in Lorgues, widely known as “The Truffle King”. You can enjoy a glass of rosé in a medieval environment, sitting on an attractive terrace under the plane trees. The environment is also characterized by the many old wine chateaux, where you can taste and buy wine. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is a must see.
