Description
This beautiful bastide is situated in a wooded area in the Provencal village of Villecroze. An ideal holiday residence for up to 6 people. Bastide de Laurier-Rose has a wonderful swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and offers you a lot of privacy and tranquility. There is a cozy kitchen with a bright living room and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished.
A pool house, with in-made kitchen, sitting corner around a fire place and table, is been built recently to enjoy the outdoor area even more.
This villa in Villecroze is very centrally located between the many vineyards and picturesque villages such as Salernes, Lorgues and Flayosc.

EXTERIOR
Via a nice long driveway you will reach this bastide, located in the middle of a green and peaceful environment. Around the villa are many oaks and pine trees for shady spots to enjoy the tranquility and space. At the front of the villa is a large terrace with a beautiful poolhouse. Enough space for the children to play and enjoy themwelves! On the terrace is a large dining table and a gas BBQ for pleasant hours of dining.
From the terrace you have a view of the swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters. The swimming pool has a walk-in staircase. There are comfortable sun loungers and parasols around the pool to enjoy the sun.
The pool house completes the story. With a nice sitting area, outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet, you can take advantage of the long summer evenings.
In the garden there are many pine and oak trees which provide sufficient shade in the warm summer months.
There is enough space to park different cars. The villa is located about 3 km from Villecroze where you can find the bakery. Salernes (4 km), Lorgues (6 km) and Flayosc (6 km) are also not far by car. An ideal base to discover Provence!
INTERIOR
Bastide de Laurier-Rose is very attractively decorated and suitable for up to 6 people. The living room is furnished in a country style with playful details and has a large fireplace, a spacious seating area and dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a separate oven, toaster, kettle, induction cooking unit with 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed on the ground floor. The third bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a double and a single bed. Here is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath / shower, sink and toilet.

Helemaal een aanrader!
QHome is een zeer fijne organisatie; heel correct, steeds bereikbaar en uiterst behulpzaam! Dankjewel, QHome. Twee aandachtspuntjes voor de eigenaar zelf: Er is een grote diepvriezer/koelkast: die is echter privé. Voor de prijs die we per week betalen, had ik toch liever dat die leeg was en beschikbaar zou zijn. Punt 2: Is er geen mobiele airco/ventilator beschikbaar? Dit zou echt wel een meerwaarde zijn op de benedenverdieping. De locatie is top, de ligging is 100% privé, helemaal een aanrader!
