Near the pleasant village of Lorgues, just 1 km away, you will find this spacious Provencal villa, called Villa des Trois Palmiers, referring to the 3 palm trees in the garden.
The charming villa with modern white interior is a single-storey house and can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children). It is very relaxing under the southern sun on the cozy terrace with its beautifully landscaped garden all around and a large swimming pool!

Located in the countryside, along a quiet road connecting Lorgues and Saint-Antonin-du-Var, Villa des Trois Palmiers is built on a plot of 1700 m². Behind the electric entrance gate, there is parking space for about 4 cars.
The entrance hall opens onto a large living room with natural light on 2 sides and direct access to the terrace area and swimming pool. The interior has been kept sober and white, making it all look very spacious. There is a sitting area with white couches and a spacious dining table. Next to that you will find a fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all other small necessities to fully indulge in preparing a delicious meal.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is located on the south and has a view on the swimming pool. The bathroom has both a bath and shower and a double sink. In addition, there are 2 other bedrooms, each with a double bed and a shared bathroom, consisting of a shower and a single sink. A 4th bedroom with 2 single beds completes the picture. This room is ideal for children to sleep. There are 2 separate toilets.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and floor cooling. Both systems can be switched to a heating system on colder days.
The outdoor environment is characterized by conviviality. The covered terrace with a nice outdoor table offers the necessary shade for dining together. A gas BBQ is available. There are comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower around the pool. The pool itself is 10 by 5 meters and 1.4 meters deep. The swimming pool can be heated on request (but not in the months of July and August, because the water has already a pleasant temperature).
To continue the French touch, there is also a jeu de boules area. All that in and around a beautiful garden with, yes, palm trees!

The house is well located to the center of Lorgues, about 1 km walk, and easily connected by car to other picturesque villages in the area, such as Cotignac, Flayosc and Carces.
The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is the place to buy local products. Moreover, it is wonderful to relax under the plane trees on a terrace or nice restaurant.
If you like to explore the coast, you can easily make it a day trip. Saint-Maxime and Saint-Tropez are less than an hour’s drive away. The nature reserve of the Verdon and the Lac Sainte Croix are certainly worth a visit.
And don’t forget the many wine chateaux in the area. Difficult choice sometimes which bottle to take with you for the BBQ tonight.
